Chapter 167 What's wrong with Lilith?

Gray sighed as he watched Lilith stubbornly sit on the chair beside his bed, arms crossed, clearly refusing to move.

"You don't have to stay with me, Lily. You can go and take rest." His voice was soft, but firm.

Lilith yawned, rubbing her eyes slightly. "It's alright. I'm fine here."

Gray narrowed his eyes before patting the space next to him on the bed. "Come here."

"No, you rest," she said, shaking her head, clearly reluctant.

His jaw clenched slightly before he let out a deep sigh. "Lily, the bed has enough space. We can sleep here together. I'm not going to break, you know."

Lilith frowned, hesitating. "But what if I hurt you?"

Gray scoffed. "You won't." Then, his expression darkened slightly as he added in a low, warning tone, "If you don't come here right now, I don't mind carrying you to my bed myself."
