Erhai, anciently known as Ye Yu Lake, the Kunmi River, Xi'er River, and other names, is located in the Nanli Suburb and is the second largest freshwater lake in Southern Xian Province. It got its name "Erhai" for its ear-like shape. It's where one of Nanli's "wind, flowers, snow, and moon" scenic spots, "Erhai Moon," is found.
To the west of Erhai, the Diancang Mountain lies across like a screen, and the YuYuantan Mountain is surrounded on the east, creating an extremely beautiful environment. It has been praised as "the heavenly mirror spread over ten thousand acres of sparkling water, with the seasons framing the green screen of mountains," commonly known as "Silver Cang, Jade Erhai," and the "Highland Pearl."
As the last thread of light completely vanished beneath the horizon, darkness replaced light and began to envelop the earth.
The streetlights along the Erhai lakeside road lit up, and from a distance, they appeared like a golden halo that encircled the beautiful Erhai.
