Every time Lu Youxi heard Zhou Shuyan make that uncomfortable sound, she became tense along with him.
"Should we have the driver stop by the side of the road so I can buy you a bottle of water?" Lu Youxi frowned and suggested, no longer caring about her own motion sickness.
Zhou Shuyan didn't lift his face from Lu Youxi's shoulder and shook his head against it, "No need, I just need to rest at home."
Lu Youxi thought that made sense, getting home earlier would let Zhou Shuyan relax sooner.
Lu Youxi hesitated, raising her hand, her fingertips hovering beside Zhou Shuyan's face, yet she delayed in making contact.
At that moment, Zhou Shuyan's brow suddenly furrowed deeply.
Lu Youxi promptly asked, "Do you have a headache?"
"A little," Zhou Shuyan murmured in a low voice.
"Then... should I give you a massage?" Lu Youxi asked softly.
"Okay," Zhou Shuyan said, his voice seeming even more delicate.
