That apple tree was planted by Lin Musen when he was five, just for fun.

But he couldn't bear to do it; all his relatives had died, leaving only Guoguo.

Later, the people in the area left for a newly established base.

Unfortunately, his living area did not become a site chosen for official base construction.

When the people around him left, Lin Musen couldn't bear to leave.

He was afraid that if he left, Guoguo might be chopped down someday.

So, he stayed at home alone, and Guoguo kept growing bigger and bigger.

Later, it even gained the ability to control its own fruiting.

During the hardest times for Lin Musen, he survived by eating the fruits produced by Guoguo.

Later, his superpower improved, and Guoguo produced more fruits than he could eat.
