After the two men had taken away the food and dishes, Mu Yunxi glanced at Qin Tian and said icily, "If you want to be a good person, do it yourself!"
With that, she walked to the window, lept out with a single bound, and vanished into the woods behind the inn.
Qin Tian sneered to himself, agreeing that there is no common ground for those of differing principles.
Fortunately, at least Mu Yunxi hadn't stayed in the room to create trouble.
Qin Tian knew that the people in the inn would surely wait for the drug they had given him and Mu Yunxi to take effect before their men would come in to deal with them.
Mu Yunxi was aware of this as well, which was why she was not planning to get involved or deal with the bandits of the inn, choosing instead to be on her own outside.
And just as Qin Tian and Mu Yunxi had anticipated, around nine o'clock at night, the bandits inside the inn, guessing that the drug should have taken effect, stealthily made their way to Qin Tian's room.
