Nana drove at a minimum speed to her destination. She was nervous as hell; her relationship with Leonard had been rough. She was always demanding a divorce and acting out,. Nana and Leonard's marriage wasn't one by choice; it was arranged by both families. Nana had no idea why, as her family was among the fifth richest in the country. Their status was lower compared to the Wests. The West family was the number one in the country and third in the world; the match didn't make sense. The Allen's were reputable and well-known in jewelry production; she had joined the business when she turned eighteen and succeeded. She was famous in T City, thanks to her father's name and then her beauty. Nana was stunning, with a well-shaped face, small full lips that turned men on when she pouted, and long, black, thick hair. Her beauty had earned her the name 'Nana 1, the city's warmth'. Nana sighed parking her car at West Corp's parking lot. She stared up at the 50 storey building and muttered a little prayer, before making her way in. When she got to the last floor, she bumped into Christian, Leonard's assistant. "Miss Allen." He called, bowing his head in greeting. "It's Mrs West." She stated, looking around for any sign of Leonard. "Huh?" Christian stutter in confusion. It wasn't his fault, in the past she had forced him into calling her by her father's name. "I'm married to Leonard West. I'm Mrs West."Christian nodded. Something was weird with the woman in front of him, thank goodness he wasn't married to her. "Where's he?" Nana asked. "He's in a meeting and won't be out until the next 2 hours." Christian informed, he was expecting her to leave; but her next statement shocked him. "Alright, I'll wait." She said heading to his office. Christian stood watching her, awestruck. Just before she opened the door, she turned "has he had dinner?"Christian shook his head. "Order 2 plates of food." Nana said before going in. She looked around the office, taking in the view. It was so him, composed and elegant. Nana looked around the room, admiring his award he had gotten through the years. "I've been so stupid." She muttered. 30 minutes passed, Nana decided to take a shower and maybe a nap. Christian had shown up earlier and showed her to Leonard's break room. She stepped inside and took a whiff, his scent was all over the place. Nana stepped into the break room's bathroom and had a long cold shower. She loved water and any chance giving, she would play with it. When she came out, it dawned on her she didn't have anything to change into. After a contemplating for a while, Nana decides too change into one of Leonard's clothes. She picked one of his long sleeve T-shirt that stopped mid thigh when she wore it. Nana paced around the break room, feeling extra nervous. It was almost 9pm and he will soon be back. 9:30pm and he wasn't back yet, she got anxious. Nana sat on the bed, feeling sad. What if he had gone back to Star's Pavillion where they lived. She was still contemplating, when she fell asleep. ~~~"Boss, um." Christian started to say, but couldn't find the right word. "What is it, Christian?" Leonard asked in his grumpy tone. His been in an awful mood since morning and Christian did everything to avoid getting in his bad books. "Sir, um... " He started to say, but stopped. Christian sighed, scratching his head. Leonard stopped on his tracks, turning to stare at him "if you don't say what you want to, you're fired." He said. They were on the hallway leading to his office and they were just few steps from the door. "Mrs West is waiting for you." Christian said, finally dropping the bombshell. Leonard shut his eyes for a second before opening them, "alright, see you tomorrow. You might want to call my lawyer." He said, just he opened the door to his office. Christian nodded, leaving. Leonard stepped into his office, looking around. The scent had changed to hers in just an hour of her presence. He stepped into his break room, loosening his tie and there she was on his bed, sleeping like a baby. The clothe she had on had gone up a little, her thighs full exposed. Leonard cleared his throat, trying to look away; anytime he did, he ended up looking back. He stepped into his bathroom to take a cold shower, the only way he could calm the beast she was stirring. After a while, he was done and fully dressed. When he walked out she was no longer in the room. He sighed, rolling his eyes; she probably left. The aroma of food hitting his nose. "What the hell?" He hissed, going to his office. And there she was, opening cooked dishes and serving it on a plate. "The divorce papers will be here by tomorrow, you can go back to star pavilion." He stated. "I won't sign them." Nana muttered. He was just about to go back into his break room when he heard what she said. "What?" He asked. "It's been a long day and Christian said you didn't eat, eat and we can talk." Leonard stared at her and then at the food. "The next thing is to try poison me?" He scoffed. Nana stared at him in awe. "That's fair, I might be everything you're thinking, but murdering my husband isn't part of it."Leonard gave her a few stares before walking to the table and having a sit. They both had dinner in silence, Nana trying to start up conversations at intervals but was met with his occasional grunt. "You can go back to Star pavilion." He said after dinner. "I'm not going without you." Nana folded her arms, staring at him. "I don't know what this is about, but am not falling for it. Go home Nana." He stated, turning towards the breakroom. "There's nothing, I'm not up to anything. I just want to spend time with my husband, I guess we're both staying here then." She smiled following him. Leonard scoffed at the term 'husband' she had never acknowledged it before, why now. There was something up and he would be a fool to believe her little antics. Nana followed him into the breakroom, and when he lay on the bed, she bit her lips. The mattress was made for just one person. She sighed looking around, her eyes caught some pillows and blankets. She took those and spread it on the floor. Sleeping off immediately. She would be damned if she let him go again
