Chapter 0085: Dragon Destruction Secret Art

It wasn't just the people around me who were stunned. Even Tsunade and Chiyo looked shell-shocked at the sight of the massive, winged dragon phantom I had summoned. Their faces were masks of disbelief.

"What a terrifying surge of power—it even suppressed a Tailed Beast?" Chiyo muttered, her brow furrowed with deep concern. "What on earth is this? Could dragons truly exist in this world?"

I smirked inwardly at her reaction. Tsunade's eyes widened in recognition. 'She realizes it's me,' I thought as I caught her whisper, "He's been hiding this strength all along? No wonder he spoke so confidently before."

Her usual worried expression relaxed a little, and I knew she was finally trusting me to handle this. There was no time to focus on why I had this power or how I could manifest a creature as fearsome as a dragon. Right now, victory mattered more.

"Well then, old lady Chiyo," Tsunade called out, taking a confident step forward. "It's time to finish this." The ground trembled under her stomp as she charged, her speed blurring her figure.

Rumbles and the impact of her move shook the battlefield, dust swirling in thick clouds. I could barely make out Chiyo and Ebizō stumbling out of the haze, their robes torn and their faces smeared with grime. They looked worse for wear, and it made me grin a bit despite the tension.

Earlier, I knew Tsunade was distracted, worried about my safety. That let Chiyo and Ebizō press her hard. But now, with this sudden shift, the tide of battle was turning in our favor.

Across the battlefield, Shukaku roared, his voice filled with rage. "Impossible! A creature like that can't exist!"

"Oh, it does now," I said, feeling a rush of adrenaline as I leaped into the air. My hands moved on instinct, forming two massive, swirling orbs of wind chakra. The familiar weight of Rasenshuriken buzzed in my palms.

"Wind Style: Rasenshuriken!"

With all my strength, I hurled the Rasenshuriken, one from each hand, as if throwing colossal iron balls.

The impact was earth-shaking. A blast surged across the battlefield, the ground trembling beneath the violent explosion. A gale lashed out in all directions, hurling debris and dust like a hurricane.

Even Shukaku couldn't resist. His roar twisted into a screech of agony as half of his massive body disintegrated into streaming sand, desperately trying to reform. But I knew it would take time—time I planned to use well.

I quickly worked on forming a barrier. Four dark blue pillars shot up into the sky, connecting to create a glass-like cage that enclosed Shukaku. The trapped beast pounded against the walls, his rage palpable.

"Damn it! Let me out, you little worm! I'll tear you apart!" Shukaku bellowed.

"Sorry, but you won't get that chance," I muttered, my fingers brushing against the ground.

"Dragon Destruction Secret Art: Heaven's Piercing Radiance."

The barrier began to compress, the walls closing in with a crushing force. Shukaku's eyes widened, panic seeping into his roar.

"What are you doing? Stop it!" His voice cracked, raw with fear.

I felt the final pulse of energy leave me as the barrier transformed into a blazing column of air. The explosion that followed lit up the battlefield, a blue glow slicing through the night like daylight. Gasps echoed around me as people stared, their eyes wide with disbelief.

They couldn't fathom it. Nobody could—until now. I, Hiroto, had reduced the One-Tail to nothing but sand.

I exhaled, my chest heaving. I was done—chakra reserves depleted, the dragon's power gone. If someone attacked me now, I'd be finished.

With shaky hands, I dug out a chakra pill from my pouch and popped it in my mouth. The flavor made me grimace. "Strawberry? Who makes strawberry-flavored chakra pills?"

The absurdity made me laugh, even in exhaustion. But then it hit me—I still had an unfinished task. No system alert meant there was still time.

I pushed myself up and leaped onto Katsuyu's head, looking down at the battlefield with a wry smile and the pill in my mouth.
