A New Dawn

Cinder stood at the edge of the forest, her gaze fixed on the horizon where the first rays of sunlight kissed the earth. The morning was quiet, the stillness broken only by the gentle rustling of leaves and the distant calls of birds awakening. For the first time in what felt like forever, the air was calm. The battles, the chaos, and the fear that had gripped them all were behind her now—or at least, for the moment.

Around her, the pack stirred. Wolves and humans alike began to emerge from their makeshift shelters, their faces carrying a mix of weariness and hope. The battle had taken a toll, but it had also brought something they hadn't dared dream of before: unity. Wolves from different packs, outcasts, and those who had always belonged now stood side by side, their differences momentarily forgotten.
