The clicking of perfectly manicured nails on the keyboard of the computer was the only sound that had filled Olivia's office for the last hour and a half. The woman sighed as she typed out another document and pushed it into an email to be sent out later. Even though her company allowed employees to take breaks for Thanksgiving, many of them often chose not to take it and now Olivia was being reminded why. Since it was so close to Christmas, taking a break then would only serve to stockpile the work load into the little time available before the mandatory Yuletide break.
"That's what I get for dealing with a prick like Noah," she muttered to herself under her breath.
