Talk To Her

Olivia stared at the message on her screen for the umpteenth time, completely unsure of what to make of it. The things she had just heard and read were diabolical, and she just didn't know if any of it were true or not. She had called Lisa a thousand times now, but she wouldn't answer her phone. Olivia was completely confused, and right now the only person that could answer the questions rampaging inside her head was Noah.

She didn't call Noah, the last thing she wanted was to give him time to prepare for her confrontation. Olivia knew better than anyone, and she knew how smart the man was. If given any warning, he was sure to come up with the perfect explanation to all of this. But Olivia was smart enough to not tip him off. She wanted to see his true reactions to these accusations.

It took a while, but Noah finally returned, his face beaming with smiles as he entered the house.

"I've gotten the documents signed, now we can—"
