"You can't go back to work yet, Liv. You're pregnant, and I don't want you overworking yourself!" Noah screamed at Olivia who clearly wasn't listening to what the man was saying. She had been at home for three straight days, and it had been nothing short of torturous. Now that Olivia knew the truth about Noah, staying under the same roof with him felt almost intoxicating. But that really wasn't why she was so adamant on going to work. In fact, Olivia had no plans of actually going to work at all.
"I have a company, Noah, and I need to do my work in order to ensure that I don't go bankrupt." Olivia argued as she hastily shoved everything she needed into her purse. She turned towards the door, but Noah was quick to intercept her movement.
"You don't need to worry about money when I'm here. I'll make calls if you want me to, please just stay here and rest a little bit more—"
