WHY WON'T YOU ASK ME HOW I HAVE BEEN ALL THESE YEARS?

LIAM

Reece bursts through and pounces on me in rage.

I allow him to punch me. I let him tackle me to the ground and throw the punch.

Once.

Twice.

When he goes for the third, I hold his hand before throwing him off me where he has me pinned on the floor.

I deserved them. We both needed it but this is enough.

"Stop."

I let my alpha energy exude, and he tries to fight against it but is no match. I stare him down until he looks away, breathing heavily.

I have had enough of this drama. I am the fucking alpha. Running around creating messes and getting tangled up with unnecessary things … it's tiring.

"He left," Reece forces the words out, his veins popping. "He didn't want me to be with him. His parents have taken him away from me."

I sigh, looking at him. "Reece, do you have any idea what you are doing?"
