I'M LEAKING

RAIN

"I didn't think about this when I was thinking about pregnancy."

I shut my eyes, pursing my lips unable even to face Liam as he sits in between my legs and starts to clean me up.

"I know," he places a warm cloth on my torn flesh and I wince a little. "How are you feeling?" his voice is soft, he doesn't sound like he is disturbed at all by the massacre probably down there.

"It's very sensitive." My voice is almost in a whisper as I finally open my eyes. "You don't have to do this."

He doesn't say anything, as he gently cleans me up and starts to apply the ointment to help close up the wounds and not leave any scarring. "I know I don't have to. But I am choosing to."

I tilt my head to look at him, and he looks up to smile at me. I still can't believe he is here, that he is back. "Because you are my baby. I want to take care of you, make you as comfortable, and because I love you. I love taking care of you."
