In giving, you receive.
Elaboration: You believe that to give is to lose something, to part with what is yours. Yet, the more you give—whether love, time, or knowledge—the more you find that the universe returns it tenfold. The Mad Mage once hoarded his wisdom, fearing it would diminish, only to discover that in sharing, his cup overflowed. To give is to receive, and the act of giving enriches both the giver and the receiver.
Reflection:
Think of a time when you gave something freely—a gift, advice, or a helping hand. How did that act of generosity come back to you in unexpected ways? How might embracing this paradox change your perspective on generosity?
