Time and Timelessness

Time flows, but the present is always still

Elaboration: Time moves forward, pulling you with it, a relentless current—but the present moment is always still. The Mad Mage once believed time to be a constant flow, but I have found that within that flow lies a stillness, a point where time and motion cease. The present is an anchor in the river of time—always here, always now, and always waiting for you to notice.

 Reflection:

Reflect on the stillness that can be found in each present moment. Even as time flows forward, can you find moments of peace and stillness within the now? How might this stillness change your experience of time's passing?
