Silence and Sound—The Language of the Soul

To speak is to limit; to remain silent is to expand.

Elaboration: Ah, the paradox of speech! Every word you speak defines, limits, and narrows the vastness of the truth. The Mad Mage learned that to remain silent is to allow for the boundless potential of truth to exist without the confines of language. Speech is necessary, but it narrows the infinite into the finite. Silence, on the other hand, holds space for all possibilities.

 Reflection:

Reflect on how your words define and limit the thoughts or emotions you wish to express. How might allowing for silence expand the possibilities of communication? In what situations might silence be more powerful than words?
