To act is to pause
Elaboration: Action and stillness are not opposites, seeker; they are partners in the dance of life. To act wisely, one must first pause. The Mad Mage found that those who rush into action without first pausing to reflect often find themselves lost. But those who take a moment to breathe, to consider, to still their minds, act with far greater clarity and purpose. Pause, then act—and your steps will be true.
Reflection:
Think about how often you act without pausing to reflect or center yourself. How might a deliberate pause before action help you make better decisions or act with greater purpose? What might you gain by slowing down before moving forward?
