2. **Sword Reversal (Beginner Level)**: 5% chance to block and reflect an attack in direct combat. The chance increases by 5% with each consecutive strike.

Despite his attributes initially being at the lowest rank, Alex was astounded by his high health points and powerful skills. Compared to his friends, whose health was stuck at 50 points due to their F-level constitutions, his 88 points were significantly higher.

However, the most remarkable aspect was his skills. Most N-class awakenings granted only one skill, while R-class awakenings might grant two. Yet, all his friends' abilities remained at the beginner level, regardless of the number of skills they received. Alex, on the other hand, had awakened **Berserk Mode** at an advanced level, which was clearly superior.

The **Berserk Mode** skill alone was game-changing. For every second it was activated, his damage increased by 5%. In 20 seconds, Alex could double his damage output, and within 100 seconds, he could reach an astronomical 500% boost, far outshining his previous abilities.

Even his **Sword Reversal** was an extraordinary skill, especially if its activation could be controlled. Though it was only at the beginner level, it had the potential to be a game-changer in combat.

Moreover, Alex had also awakened a special **Bloodline**, the so-called "First Origin Bloodline." This wasn't a fixed name, as Alex had the option to rename it, but for now, he liked the ring of "First Origin." Bloodlines were said to be extremely rare, requiring special rituals or "inheritances" to unlock, but Alex's had appeared naturally.

Alex remembered Quinn's explanation that improving attributes required either increasing bloodline or skill levels, and for that, skill points were necessary. With 9 skill points in hand, Alex quickly upgraded his **Berserk Mode** from "Basic" to "Novice" level at the cost of 3 points.

As his skill improved, so did his stats. Strength, Constitution, and Agility all rose from F- to F. With another 6 skill points, he pushed **Berserk Mode** to "Advanced Novice" level, bringing his attributes up to F+.

Bloodline upgrades seemed harder. Alex's task rewards had granted him 100% growth, just enough to raise his bloodline from F- to F. His mental attribute also improved, indicating a connection between bloodline and mind power. After consuming an F-level energy potion, his perception climbed from F- to F as well. Now, all of Alex's base attributes were at least F-level, putting him leagues ahead of any N-class awakenings.

**Updated Attributes**:

- **Name**: Alex

- **Age**: 17

- **Health**: 270

- **Stamina**: 100%

- **Energy**: 100%

- **Strength**: F+

- **Constitution**: F+

- **Agility**: F+

- **Mind**: F

- **Perception**: F

- **Growth**: 101%

- **Bloodline**: F

**Skills**:

1. **Berserk Mode (Advanced Novice Level)**: Consumes 0.5% energy per second, increasing damage output by 10% per second.

2. **Sword Reversal (Beginner Level)**: 5% chance to block and reflect an attack in direct combat. The chance increases by 5% with each consecutive strike.

The most noticeable improvement was his health, which had tripled to 270 points, almost reaching his previous maximum. Meanwhile, **Berserk Mode** became significantly more powerful. Not only did the energy consumption halve, but the damage boost doubled, allowing him to potentially increase his damage output by 2000% in two minutes. This ability was nothing short of terrifying.

Alex wisely chose to keep this overwhelming power a secret for now, not wanting to shock his classmates too much. His friends, unaware of the full extent of his strength, were still celebrating their own progress.

Besides Alex's exceptional rewards, Tanya and the others had also received high ratings for their participation in the missions. Tanya even managed to earn a B-rank evaluation, netting her 4,000–5,000 points and several skill points. Since their skills were still at the beginner level, it only cost them 1 skill point to upgrade to novice level and 2 skill points to reach the advanced novice stage.

As night fell, the group gathered to reflect on their day's progress. Those who had failed their first awakenings, including Peter and Jack, had each purchased another awakening stone for 1,500 points. Without any limit on attempts before an ability was awakened, they had hope for success.

However, the second attempt proved just as tough. Out of nine boys, five failed again, including Peter. After two consecutive failures, some of the boys decided to wait until the next day, hoping for better luck. Meanwhile, Peter and Jack, refusing to give up, attempted a third awakening. Peter failed yet again, but Jack finally succeeded, though only with an N-class awakening. Still, Jack was overjoyed by his success.

Despite the ups and downs, Alex knew their combined strength was growing. As the next day dawned, they would face whatever challenges awaited them, now stronger than ever.
