Talia was being haunted not by a ghost but by the memories of her best friend. Maybe it was the fact that in her dreams she could see her smile or even her laugh. Or maybe the fact that when she would come back after class she would get excited to see her but then realize she was gone. Most of her stuff was still lying around their once-shared room. The side of her room that had once been so neatly placed and organized without dust. Now I collected it endlessly. It had been a month since the accident, if you can even call it an accident. None of the group did expect Collins but she wasn't even a part of the group anymore. She was kicked out of it when she went looking for admiration trying to cover stuff up and get the scholarship. The scholarship was something Nora and Collins had been fighting for years about. The one that made Collins close in the group but never anything more and she differently wasn't their friend at all. Talia had been talking to Sage recently about what happened with Nora and ways to cope with the death. Sage had been writing letters to Nora or even going to see her grave and to just talk to her again even though she can't talk back. Nora figured the second one would be easier but she differently didn't know if she would even go till today. So there sat Talia on the even fallin' cold snow on the ground. Talia opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out so she closed it again. She just stared at the headstone and the words on it "Here lies Nora Parker, a loving daughter and friend". Talia just started daggers at it before she finally spoke out. "I hate you so much you know. Why did you have to do it? Nothing is the same without you anymore. None of them wanted to talk about it and Collins finked. We all miss you so much Charlotte got expelled because of what Collins did. It's not the same, nothing is fun anymore. I'm transferring out. I refused to sign the form that got Charlotte expelled. Everyone else signed it. And I wouldn't have called my parents and they were so angry at me and so they pulled me out. I wanted to come see you before I left. You meant a lot to me and now you're gone. I just want to say thank you for everything Nora. I will always be in your debt. Goodbye, my friend". Talia stood up from the snow and dusted herself off. And then slowly walked away leaving tracks as she got smaller and smaller from a distance. She didn't notice the person behind the tree watching her the whole time with a cloak on. Then finally pulled the hat down after Talia left. And there stood a teen girl with mid-length brown hair and bright-colored eyes and the brightest smile ever. And then a second girl walked up to her and spoke out. "So are you ready to go see her Nora". "Indeed I am Davis". And both of them walked back to where they came from.
