"With no relatives, no father. I was all alone not until my best friend's family asked me to move in with them. Ever since that day, I have been so grateful to them, if not for them where would I be now?, I might even be dead by now" she said and sniffs with tears rolling down her cheeks.
"No no. Don't think like that. Let's look on the bright side you're alive and healthy and and you're a successful doctor" Mrs Hendricks said as she places her palm on Vivian's.
"I'm really not a doctor yet" she said with a chuckle.
"Oh yes you are. Look, you're treating this old lady and she's recovering so fast" she said with a chuckle as she brought out a handkerchief from her pocket and wipes off Vivian's tears.
"I'm really sorry you lost your mum so early and I hope I could be a mum to you, if you don't mind" she asked and Vivian quickly hugged her and the old lady wasn't expecting this so she smiled and rubbed Vivian's hair.
