Building Disciples

Aldin was joyed at seeing how good his familiar was. Once the battle was over, Akita flew up to where Aldin was. He was happy. Since he too had his own existence, he also had a mind of his own.

‘When I was alive I could have never imagined of such power, is it weird that i am happy this mage killed me,’ Akita thought to himself in joy.

“Good job,” Aldin said and patted the top of Akita’s head.

“Now since we have done a testing we can go back to the cavern,” Aldin said.

“But master can I not stay behind hunting,” Akita said without thinking, after saying this he became terrified of what Aldin would do to him.

“Great idea,” Aldin said with a smile on his face, “ I would be able to accumulate mana without those long hours, that is a great idea, you are such a genius,” Aldin continued hugging the beast.

“So, I can stay here?”Akita asked.
