The sound of clashing steel echoed through the clearing as Roof and Raven continued their duel, each strike vibrating with the pulse of internal energy.

Sweat dripped down Roof's face as he dodged another wide swing from Raven's blade, his leg screaming in protest as he shifted his weight.

Every move cost him more energy than it should, the limp forcing him to compensate with bursts of internal energy. He was running out faster than he'd anticipated.

Raven's strikes came faster, his movements precise and deliberate, a testament to years of training.
