Attempt of Escape ll

Elara's patience was wearing thin. Each failed attempt to escape the market left her feeling more trapped and desperate, but she wasn't ready to give up. The crowd was her ally; she just had to outsmart the watchful eyes of Lady Seraphine and the ever-present guards. She needed to be bolder.

As they moved through the marketplace, Elara spotted a vendor selling vibrant scarves and shawls. An idea sparked in her mind. If she could disguise herself, blend into the crowd with a change of appearance, maybe, just maybe, she could slip away without the guards recognizing her.

"I'd like to look at those scarves," Elara said, trying to sound casual as she gestured toward the stall.

Lady Seraphine, preoccupied with inspecting a collection of ornate vials at another stall, waved her off. "Go ahead. But stay close, Elara. This place can be very confusing if you lose your way."

Elara nodded, but her heart was racing. This was her chance.
