3. REUNITED AT LAST

December 27, 1400 Realm: Hookah, The Home of the EXs.

[All]: Oof!

All of them would say as they would fall onto the ground, exhausted. The group would finally be safe at last, in their home. But they would be in the middle of the woods on a dark stormy night.

[Hatsu]: Ba-Min…

[Ba-Min]: Yes?…

[Hatsu]: Don't ever say I don't care about you big bro, you see the things I do for your ass?

[Ba-Min]: Haha you have my thanks, little brother…

The long-haired man said as he chuckled lying there on the ground closing his eyes.

Meanwhile in the home of Hatsu and Valentina inside would be Valentina, inside the kitchen cooking dinner for everyone, Cynthia would be inside her room brushing her hair, and Alex would be running around the living room laughing and giggling as she was playing around with Kai.

[Kai]: Im gonna get ya!

[Alex]: Hehehe no way! You can't get me, big brother!

[Kai]: It's crazy she calls me that now… that makes me happy.

The young man would smile. He then would quickly vanish In front of the little girl, which would make her bump into his leg and fall on her bottom. She then would look up at him blinking, and Kai would look down at her placing his hands on his hips.

[Alex]: Aahhh!!

She would yell playfully as she would try getting up and running away.

[Kai]: Oh no you don't you crazy little girl!

The young man would pick the little girl up and begin spinning her around making her laugh loudly and smile.

Valentina would smile and chuckle as she would be cutting up potatoes. Her eyes would then open as she heard a knock at the door. Kai would quickly turn his head looking at the door.

[Cynthia]: Don't worry guys I will get it.

The young girl would say as she walked down the hallway, still brushing her hair. She then reached for the doorknob opening the door. As she did she would look up to see her father, and a young man she had never seen before carrying someone over his shoulder.

[Hatsu]: Cynthia, Hey kid.

The beaten-up man would say smiling a bit as he looked down at his oldest daughter. Cynthia would drop her hairbrush, balling up her fist. She would still be a bit angry her father missed her brother's birth but she would also feel emotional since she's missed him.

Bumu would look down at her fist and then slowly look over at Hatsu. Cynthia then tightly hugged her father's waist and began crying. Hatsu would smile and place his hand on the back of her head rubbing it.

[Hatsu]: Don't cry, be a big girl yeah?

Cynthia hugged him tighter as she continued to cry even more.

[Hatsu]: I know you're mad Cynthia I can tell… I'm sorry for everything. But once I tell the story you will understand-

[Alex]: Daddy!!

The little girl would run quickly jumping straight toward her father. He then would catch her.

[Hatsu]: Whoa! You're full of energy little one.

[Alex]: Heheh! I missed you, Daddy!

[Hatsu]: I've missed you too Alex.

[Cynthia]: T-To be honest I am an l-little mad but I don't care… I missed you so much I just you could've been here Dad.

[Hatsu]: I know… I am sorry. I am going to explain.

Bumu would watch all that's going on and it would make him smile. He noticed Hatsu was more calmer than he'd ever seen before. 

[Valentina]: My love?…

Valentina would say as she walked out of the corner. Hatsu's eyes would widen as he laid eyes on his beautiful wife. Cynthia would then slowly step to the side, and Hatsu would place Alex down on her feet. Hatsu would begin to quickly walk toward her and she would do the same as the both of them hugged tightly.

[Valentina]: Oh dear, I have missed you so much!

She would say as tears ran down her eyes.

[Hatsu]: I missed you more Val, I'm so sorry for being away and missing everything.

He would grab onto her face and begin to kiss her deeply on the lips.

[Alex]: Yuck!

[Cynthia]: Okay, Okay come one guys!

Hatsu and Valentina would chuckle as they pulled away from the kiss. As they did Valentina would look at her husband seeing him all injured.

[Valentina]: You look terrible my love…

[Hatsu]: Just some scratches babe..

[Alex]: Who's that boy daddy?

The young girl asked pointing at Bumu.

[Hatsu]: That's a friend of mine.

Bumu would smile as he heard Hatsu call him a friend.

[Bumu]: How rude of me.. I am Bumu, your fathers uh friend..

He would nod his head at them as he stepped inside. As he did Valentina, Alex and Cynthia would tilt there heads seeing that he was carrying someone.

[Valentina]: That hair color… is that-

[Cynthia]: Uncle Ba-Min!?

[Hatsu]: Yeah thats him.

[Bumu]: Mrs. Valentina he is badly injured, along with Hatsu of course but Ba-min is in the worst shape… He was a bit better when I gave him a shot but when we got here he fainted so I carried him.

[Valentina]: Goodness, go lay him down on the couch for a second, you too my love

Bumu would walk over to the couch placing down Ba-Min. Alex and Cynthia would run over to Ba-min seeing him in horrible shape.

[Cynthia]: He is so skinny my goodness…

Hatsu would turn around and as he did he would meet eyes with Kai. Kai would stand there with his arms crossed before going on to say.

[Kai]: Yo.

Hatsu's mouth would open a bit as he had a confused facial expression. It would be a moment of silence for about 15 seconds before it was broken.

[Hatsu]: WHO THE FUCK IS THAT?!

The man would scream out making everyone look at him.

[Valentina]: He is-

[Hatsu]: A DEAD MOTHER FUCKER IS WHAT HE IS!

Hatsu would begin quickly walking over to Kai to assault him until Bumu jumped in the way holding him back

[Bumu]: Whoa! Relax Hatsu!

[Valentina]: No dear it isn't what you think! He will explain!

[Alex]: Yeah! That's big brother Kai!

[Hatsu]: He isn't your brother!

Hatsu continued yelling and cursing out the young man as Kai just stood there chuckling a bit. As time went by they calmed Hatsu down making him sit on the couch as Valentina treated his wounds first Hatsu told him why he was away, where he went, what happened, etc.  Kai would then go on to explain who he is, why he is here, and who Hatsu's newborn son is which shocked Hatsu and Bumu.

[Hatsu]: M-My son a God?…

[Kai]: That's right Mr. Hatsu. Your son is the reincarnation of The Great Steve. 

[Bumu]: Wow…

[Hatsu]: Where is my son?…

[Cynthia]: I will get him.

She would jump up from the couch and goes into the bedroom. She then would look over in the crib seeing the baby sleeping peacefully with a white aura surrounding him.

[Cynthia]: Glowing again Baku? Hehe Dads here now.

She would say smiling as she picked him up carefully going into the living room.  She then would walk up to her father slowly handing him his son. Hatsu's eyes widened as he looked over at his son before he would carefully take him into his hands holding him.

[Hatsu]: Wow look at him. Val, what did you name him?

[Valentina]: I named him Baku.

[Hatsu]: Ah Baku?? That's a fine name hun I love it.

Valentina would smile and chuckle as she then laid her head on the man's big shoulders.

[Hatsu]: I don't know what to say… I thought the Great Steve would never reincarnate again yet here he is, he's my son…

[Alex]: You should've seen him at the hospital! He was glowing and doing all types of things Daddy! Baby brother is cool!

[Hatsu]: Oh yeah?

[Valentina]: It's true whenever I felt scared or nervous, when I held him I began feeling so calm and safe… don't you feel more peaceful holding him?

Hatsu would look down at the infant seeing the glowing white aura surrounding his body which made his eyes widen.

[Bumu]: Holy…

[Hatsu]: Just incredible. Heh, I'm speechless!

Hatsu would say which made everyone chuckle a bit. Baku would then open his eyes looking his father in his green eyes.

[Hatsu]: Hey Baku, I am your father… I see he's got my eyes heh.

[Valentina]: Yep and he has my hair color!

[Hatsu]: He looks like Alex did when she was this small

[Cynthia]: That's what I said!

[Valentina]: I have to go finish up dinner, I have to cook more for everyone.

[Bumu]: You won't have to cook much miss! I will be leaving.

[Valentina]: What for? I don't mind cooking more

[Bumu]: Thank you very much but it's fine I have to get home to my mother she's very sick.

[Valentina]: Ah I see well take care.

[Bumu]: Thank you again. And see you later Hatsu.

He would reach over giving Hatsu a hand shake as they both smiled at each other.

[Hatsu]: You're tough kid Bumu.

[Bumu]: Thanks. Bye everyone!

[Everyone]: Bye!

He would exit the home, closing the door behind him.

[Hatsu]: Hey Kid.

Hatsu would say looking over at Kai.

[Kai]: Hm?

[Hatsu]: So about "The Stone King". I heard of him but never seen him tho. So you're positive he's after my son?

[Kai]: Correct. He doesn't know the Great Steve is alive right now, but if he finds out best believe he will be here to end his life. 

[Hatsu]: Bastard… So we have to keep this a secret huh?

[Kai]: Yeah only a few people know. A few nurses and us that's it.

[Hatsu]: Hm I see. Well, thanks for letting me know. Just in case I am going to start training hard. Not now tho, I need to take a break and spend time with my family.

Hatsu would say and Valetina, Alex, And Cynthia would smile hearing his words.

[Kai]: Heh! That's fair. And sorry for just crashing in. I just want to protect your son as well.

[Hatsu]: It's fine now. My family trusts you so I will too. But if I find out you're a snake or anything like that I will kill you.

Hatsu would say in a serious tone as he looked at Kai.

[Kai]: Chill man! I ain't a snake trust me I hate the Stone King more than anything.

[Valentina]: The Food is ready!

[Everyone]: Oh yeah im starving!

The entire family besides Ba-Min would walk over to the table taking their seats as Valentina served them their food.

[Alex]: What about Uncle Ba-Min?

[Valentina]: He can't eat hun he needs sleep.

Alex would nod her head. Everyone at the table would hold hands as they began to pray.

[Kai]: Let's dig in!

[Everyone]: Yeah!

Everyone laughed and smiled as they began eating, laughing, and getting along with each other. Eventually, Ba-Min woke up and would join them just to catch up but not eat. Steve would be lying on the couch looking around, yawning, and then falling into a deep sleep. After dinner, everyone would get ready for bed. Valentina and Hatsu would be in their rooms sleeping together along with Alex in between them as Baku sleeps in the crib. Cynthia would be sleeping in her room, while Ba-Min and Kai sleep on the couch.
