It goes without saying that the next day, they went to Deng Yingxiu's house for dinner. After lunch, in the afternoon, instead of playing at Deng Yingxiu's house, Han Songlin went to Fule Wine. Fule Wine resumed work after the New Year's Day holiday.
The first branch, on the other hand, has an abundant water supply from the Leshui River, which can meet the needs of Fule Wine for brewing.
Unlike the second branch, which is limited by the water source of Longdong and therefore has a limited production capacity.
Even so, Fule Wine has continued to expand the second branch.
The second factory is intended for high-end wine production, with 90-day and 120-day solid-state fermentation. The longer the fermentation time, the more flavour components there will be in the white wine, and naturally the quality will improve.
Therefore, the fermentation time for the cellar tanks used for flavouring wine is quite long.
'Now the factory area is getting bigger and bigger, and in an hour, you can't walk around the factory wall!'
Xu Lu: 'So, we're not riding a bicycle.'
Once a kingdom of bicycles, it is now transforming into a kingdom of motorcycles, and in a few years' time, it will become a major automobile country.
He patted the saddle of the bicycle, an old-fashioned model that will become a family heirloom in the future.
Han Songlin and Xu Lu stopped at a place and looked at a large stone at the foot of the mountain.
The word "wine cellar" was engraved on the stone. This is the wine cellar of Fule Liquor, which has dug a huge internal space directly into the mountain.
Inside, there are quite a lot of wine jars.
In addition to this kind of wine cellar directly excavated from the mountain, there are also wine cellars built specifically underground. First, find a place with high terrain, dig a large pit, and then build a basement. Build two floors and directly cover the roof with soil, then sprinkle it with grass seeds.
In a few months, it will look just like a lawn.
For storing white wine, using pottery wine jars as containers is the best.
As for being stored in a stainless steel tank, that's also fine, but it's not as good as a wine jar.
Entering the wine cellar, there are workers pouring wine into wine jars in the cellar at this time. The wine jars are not small, and can hold thousands of pounds of wine.
Therefore, in order to pour wine into them, you need to use a ladder.
After each jar is filled, a special person will seal the wine.
'It's much warmer in here than outside.'
'The entire cellar can maintain a constant temperature, which is conducive to the aging of the wine.'
There is actually nothing to see in the cellar.
There are just rows of wine jars, big and small.
Of course, once there is a lot of anything, the visual effect is spectacular!
I held out my finger and tasted the newly brewed wine, which still had residual heat. The wine that has just come out smells very different from the wine that has been stored for a period of time.
Han Songlin didn't pay much attention to production. The entire production process has already been established as a routine, and as long as it is followed, the resulting wine will not be bad.
Han Songlin focused on the bottling line of Fule Wine Industry.
A special factory building was built for bottling, which is separated from the production area. Of course, the bottling area and the tank area are connected by stainless steel pipes.
Wine can be transferred directly from the tank to this side.
The bottling plant is located inside the Fule Liquor Industry and is called the packaging plant.
After the wine is filled, it needs to be packaged, right?
There is also a large warehouse next to it, which is dedicated to storing the packaged liquor. The warehouse can be directly loaded and then sent to all parts of the country.
If it weren't for the commissioning of this packaging plant, Fule Liquor Industry's finished wine production capacity would really not be able to meet national sales.
The entire packaging plant has ten fully automated bottling lines; bottle washing, filling, and labeling can all be automated.
People are still needed to pack and seal the boxes.
Each production line can fill 3,000 bottles of wine per hour, which means that with all ten lines running at full capacity, the factory can process 15 tons of wine per hour.
Together with the existing filling lines, the factory can barely meet the demand for filling.
If it is really busy, it is normal for the production lines to run 24 hours a day.
'I plan to add five packaging lines, which will be able to package more than 20 tons of wine per hour.'
The number of people required for the bottling line is not high.
However, there is a lot of manpower required for packaging, and the whole area looks particularly busy.
The packaged goods are also transported on a conveyor belt, and ultimately end up on the wooden pallets of the forklifts and are transported to the warehouse.
The warehouse is also very busy, with wine constantly being loaded onto trucks and sent to all parts of the country.
Han Songlin: 'There is still a lot of empty space here, which could be used to install a production line.'
After looking around the packaging area, Han Songlin went to see the wastewater treatment plant.
The sewage treatment plant is built at the bottom of the factory area and covers a large area.
It treats the entire production and domestic sewage of Fule Wine.
In this day and age, no one would say anything if Fule Wine did not build a sewage treatment plant.
But Fule Wine still invested in it.
Not only does Fule Wine have sewage treatment facilities, but so do companies like Fuxing Industrial and Fuxing Power.
Making money is one thing, but Han Songlin doesn't want the money he makes to be dirty.
'Although the sewage plant will increase our production costs, we can make a profit with a clear conscience. We can't say that we've made money at the expense of the environment.'
Xu Lu laughed and said, 'Don't worry, boss. Usually, our winery only produces a small amount of sewage, which is treated and then discharged directly into the Leshui River without causing any pollution.'
'By the way, have you checked out the situation at Tianmu?'
Tianmu is Tianyuan Muge, the pig farm.
Just follow the Leshui River downstream for 20 to 30 kilometres and you'll reach the breeding base of Tianyuan Muge.
The farming method currently being explored by Tianyuan Muge mainly involves ecological farming, where all manure and other waste is treated and turned into bio-fertiliser before being returned to the soil.
In the entire Leshui area, the soil is now gradually being fertilised with the bio-fertiliser produced by Tianyuan Muge.
Apart from being used for farming, it is also used as fish feed.
In the fish pond, this manure feed cannot be given too much, as too much will easily deteriorate the water quality.
Xu Lu: 'I went to check it out on the 20th of last month, and now it is not just raising pigs, but also starting to breed.'
Tianyuan Muge not only feeds imported white pigs, but also feeds our local black pigs.
Compared to white pork, black pork is much tastier.
White pigs are ready for slaughter in six months, while black pigs take a year. Just looking at the time involved, you can see that the price of black pork is naturally higher than that of white pork.
Of course, as commercial pigs, white pigs are destined to be raised on a large scale in China in order to solve the problem of people's access to meat.
'Did you do it according to the previous requirements?'
Xu Lu looked at Han Songlin doubtfully and asked, 'What are your requirements?'
"Ecological farming?'
'Yes!'
'Everything is done according to the requirements, and the entire breeding farm has formed an ecological cycle.'
