In a world of myth and magic, torn by war and desire, such a prophecy was made foretelling the coming of a messiah that shall unify all under their banner.

On the promised day, a disgraced, pregnant noblewoman fled her country to seek peace and shelter away from a great war.

On the run, she gave birth to a beautiful child who claimed to be the future king. 

From that day forth, the child set out to fulfill their destiny and find out what it truly means to be a king and savior.

Such a question echoed throughout the halls of the dungeon. It was a question all the people within the catacomb actually had once before.

Since of course, everyone was curious about the life and times of those who came before. Even Myrym, who was the least interested aside from maybe Jon, had a want to know what exactly was up with "gods" existing in that era.

Nowadays, the terms gods and goddess are reserved for descriptions rather than actual titles. They are used to denote anyone that has reached a certain level of power and influence.

The bare minimum that people seemed to agree on for the standard was at least a village sized area for any lowly gods, they were known as demi-powers.

They should have been able to single-handedly protect the people that they looked after with their own strength and provide them with judgment when affairs go awry.
