CHAPTER 27 DRAKONIK

PRESENT DAY IN THE MAGICAL REALM.

When Belladonna opens her eyes, she finds herself in an unfamiliar bedroom. The room is bathed in soft, golden light streaming in through the sheer curtains, casting a warm glow over the luxurious furnishings. The walls are adorned with elegant artwork, and the plush carpet underfoot feels like a cloud. She can hear the gentle hum of a nearby stream, adding to the sense of tranquility in the room.

As she takes in her surroundings, she realizes that she is in a place of luxury. The bed she is lying on is a masterpiece of comfort, with silky sheets and a mountain of pillows that beckon her to sink into their softness. The furniture is sleek and modern, with rich wood finishes and sumptuous fabrics that invite her to relax and unwind. Bella grew up around luxury but not as luxurious as this.

She sits up and looks around, taking in the ton of her surroundings. A crystal chandelier hangs from the ceiling, casting a dazzling display of light and shadow across the room. A large, ornate mirror reflects her image, and she can't help but admire the beauty of the space she finds herself in.

The tone of the room is one of sophistication and elegance, with a touch of glamour. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a space that is both inviting and indulgent. From the softest linens to the finest furnishings, every aspect of the room exudes a sense of luxury and refinement.

She starts going towards the door to check what's behind it. Suddenly the door is opened and a young woman who looks to be her age comes in. The woman's eyes widen when she notices Bella standing.

"My lady, you are awake. Please stay in bed, let me go and inform your family." Bella is about to ask where she is but the woman is already gone. She takes a deep breath and sits on the bed waiting for whoever the woman went to call.

A few minutes pass until Bella hears footsteps coming towards the room she is in. The door is opened by a huge man. Bella feels something inside her move the moment her eyes land on him. He has a strong aura. When she takes another look at him she notices that he has the same eyes as her mother.

"Zhilakai." (My soul) King James says as his eyes land on Belladonna.

"Korvath," (uncle) Bella says as she walks towards her uncle. There is something about his presence that is drawing her to him. Maybe it is because he is her mother's brother.

"Morphira sha kalima." (You look like your mother.) King James says as he touches her cheek.

"Kalima shaye kora." (That's what everyone says.)

King James feels tears in his eyes as he looks upon his niece, who he Is meeting for the first time. When the great seer told him about her he did not want to believe it but she is finally here, safe and sound.

The sight of her brings back memories of the three most emotional moments in his life - the deaths of his birth mother, his other mother, and the almost death of his younger sister, Princess Rose.

The first time King James felt tears in his eyes in his adulthood was when his birth mother passed away. It was a sudden and unexpected loss that left him feeling lost and alone. The second time was when his other mother, who had raised and loved him as her own, also passed away. It was a heartbreaking moment that left a void in his heart.

But the most emotional moment was when his younger sister, Princess Rose, came home to him on the verge of death. It was a moment of despair and helplessness, as he watched his beloved sister fight for her life. Even though he managed to save her, just seeing her in that situation broke his heart.  The tears he shed during that time were tears of fear and sorrow, as he prayed for her recovery.

And now, as he looks upon Belladona the daughter of his late sister, he feels tears of joy streaming down his face. She is a reminder of the love and strength of his family, a symbol of hope and new beginnings. Seeing her safe and sound fills his heart with happiness and gratitude. He never thought there would come a day when he would meet her.

In this moment, King James is overwhelmed with emotions - sadness for the losses he has endured, but also joy for the new life that stands before him. Bella is a beacon of light in his life, a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope and love.

As he embraces her, King James knows that his family's legacy will live on through her. And as he wipes away his tears, he is filled with a sense of peace and contentment.

Everyone looks at them with surprise as they embrace each other. Bella's adoptive parents Lord Mike and Lady Regina look at them, wondering how Bella is managing to speak Drakonik, a language for dragons. When she has never used it before.

" Vedra sha kalima" (I want to see her) Bella says as she breaks the hug.

"Kalima zhi shayar?" (You know she is alive?) King James asks in surprise.

"Krak," (yes.)

"Shaykor?" (How?) King James asks surprised that she knows her mother is still alive.

"Zhilakai Krak." (I just know) Bella says.

"Korvath, Vedra sha Ovaliya." (Okay, I will take you to the Oval Kingdom.)

"Krak" (okay.)

"Korvath shaye kora?" (What's wrong uncle) Bella asks after seeing the worried look on her uncle's face.

"Morphira sha vedra, zhilakai kora." ( we need to unbind you from your mother.) King James says.

"No," Bella says. Answers in the common tongue.

"It needs to be done, my dear."

"No, I don't want you to do that."

"But it is the only way for your magic to stop draining your energy."

"No, it's not. If you unbind us she will die."

"Who will die?" Lord lungu finally asks.

"My mother," Bella says, surprising every who is in the room except for King James and the dragons he came with.
