You Need To Apologize To Her!

Nathaniel and Martha remained silent, but their sharp gazes were enough to tell Harvey they didn't trust him.

"Please trust me like my dad trusts me. I've been the CEO of this company for years, and we still turn a significant profit every year..." Harvey continued, a small smile forming at the corners of his lips as he tried to persuade them once more.

Nathaniel narrowed his eyes at Harvey, feeling puzzled. He wanted to believe him but couldn't ignore Sawyer's warning either.

"Sawyer, are you sure the rumors are true? Can you tell me where you heard that?" Nathaniel asked, not taking his eyes off Harvey. He needed to see his reaction.

"I'm sure of it, Grandpa. My source is reliable; he's my friend..." Sawyer replied calmly, looking at his grandpa.

Nathaniel gasped. He knew only a few of Sawyer's friends, whom he had seen at his wedding. If Sawyer talked about business gossip, only one person would come to mind.
