Chapter 63 - Don't Break Our Promise

"AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" Kaizoku soared through the air.

Despite his speed, he managed to land perfectly on Cerberus's body.

Suddenly, Sylphy's claw flew up from below, landing right in front of him.

"Huh!? Thanks Sylphy!" Said Kaizoku after getting up from his fell.

Kaizoku grabbed the long and sharp claw to counterattack Cerberus.

Spotting the previously embedded claw that fell down, Kaizoku ran forward and grab it.

"Alright Cerberus, which part of you wants to feel this fierce lady's claws!"

Kaizoku drove both long, sharp claws directly into the neck of Cerberus's middle head.

Cerberus howled in pain again...

Sylphy seized the opportunity. While Cerberus was distracted by pain, she leaped high and plunged both clawed hands beneath his eye sockets.

She dragged them down to his under neck before jumping back to the ground.

All the claw wounds leaked bright green fluid from inside Cerberus, though the liquid appeared harmless.

Cerberus shook his head violently. However, Kaizoku held onto both claws, managing to stay on.

Cerberus grew more aggressive toward Sylphy, repeatedly trying to stomp her with all four feet.

Sylphy continuously evaded Cerberus's stomps - her incredible speed made his attacks impossible to land.

Despite Cerberus's aggression, Kaizoku kept pressing his counterattack.

He pulled out the right claw and stabbed it higher up, repeating the process like climbing a mountain.

Upon reaching the top of Cerberus's middle head, Kaizoku drove both claws directly into his nose.

Due to Cerberus's instability, Kaizoku accidentally slipped and slid down with the claws, tearing open the middle head's nose.

"Help, Sylphy!!" Kaizoku cried out in fear but still keeping his hand.

Seeing Kaizoku about to fall, Sylphy quickly jumped high to catch him.

But Cerberus, anticipating this, moved to swat Sylphy away like a flying insect.

Sylphy wouldn't let that happen. Her reactions were faster than Cerberus's - she threw Kaizoku back onto his body, though this left her open to the brutal strike from Cerberus's right paw.

The impact sent Sylphy flying far away.

Seeing Sylphy thrown, Kaizoku screamed, "SYLPHY!!! YOU INSOLENT DOG! I'LL KILL YOU!"

"THOUGH I FEEL PAIN, THE PAIN I'LL INFLICT WILL BE FAR WORSE!"

Feeling very worried that Sylphy would not survive and was afraid that Sylphy would leave Kaizoku alive, Kaizoku had to respond with all his efforts.

Kaizoku focused intensely, preparing to use the Creation spell that would drain his soul energy.

Mastering the Creation spell in seconds, Kaizoku manifested a massive greatsword that required tremendous energy just to lift.

His rage overcame the spell's painful toll. Furiously, Kaizoku raised the enormous greatsword high.

With all his might, Kaizoku rushed to the top of Cerberus' head that still ducking down excitedly and cautiously.

Then he plunged the long, massive blade straight into the top of Cerberus's middle head.

This was the most devastating attack Cerberus had endured - a huge sword piercing deep into his brain.

"GGRRAAAHHHH!!! DIE, YOU DAMNED DOG!"

Kaizoku drove the sword downward through the nose and neck, splitting Cerberus's middle head in two.

Kaizoku fell with the greatsword still in both hands. He thrust the blade into the sandy ground to break his fall from the height.

"Don't break our promise, Sylphy."
