Justice at last!...or not?

February 16th,

Diary, the past days were quite busy as Tony, Lissa, Ray and I couldn't really continue our discussion from where we stopped because of how busy we've been but since today's a weekend, we had to execute our plan since it wasn't worth waiting any more. Those kids had to be freed and justice had to be executed on those wicked evil-doers.

"Let's go." Tony said. Auntie had gone grocery shopping with Jamie while Carl stayed back. Uncle Dekker offered to take the boys out for fishing but they all opted out, Carl saying that he'd rather sleep on the couch all day than go fishing. Yeah, I had a lazy cousin.

"Hey where are you guys headed?" He suddenly asked as we looked at ourselves.

"Uhm....out. we're headed out." Lissa said as I raised a brow at her. Was that all she could come up with?

"Great! I m comin' along. "He said, walking ahead of us.

"Hey Tony, sweet ride!" He remarked, entering the car before Tony could protest.

"Ugh! Whatever are we gonna do with him?" Ray asked.

"Well maybe Tony could drop Ray, Lissa and Carl at an ice cream shop or something while we carry out the operation. We'll be quick and come join you soon." I said, patting Lissa and Ray's shoulders as they groaned and I walked to the car.

"Hey what's the hold up people?!" Carl called as the rest reluctantly came.

We had already discussed how we'd get the police to the wierd house, even though it was kind of risky. It was the best option we could come up with rather than tipping the police. So, Tony and I went to the wierd house late in the evening and we called the police, and with a panicked voice, I told them about the kidnapped kids and described the room they were kept in then Tony and I ran away and hid behind some trees as they arrived in minutes!

My heart was beating with anticipation and excitement. They came with a loud entrance, broke down the door and went in. After watching and waiting for a while, they were able to apprehend a few men but they didn't go down without a fight.

"Drop your weapons!" A police ordered as they obliged, seeing that they were surrounded and one of them had been shot in the leg as he tried to escape.

It was a happy morning for Brookville as children were reunited with their parents and the police declared the neighborhood safe again as they announced the arrest of the kidnappers.

Tony, Lissa, Ray and I were equally happy and we were in high spirits too.

"Heavenly Father we thank you for the great victory that you have given us concerning the numerous kidnaps and the wierd house too. Thank you LORD that at last, you heard our prayers and answered them. Those kids are now reunited with their families and everyone's happy. It is a great miracle and we're glad for this that you have done, Amen."

"Amen!"

"Hallelujah!!" They all replied as we did a group hug. The relief I felt knew no bounds as I thought,

Finally! It's over...

"Hello? Who am I speaking with?" I asked as Lissa gave me a glass of apple juice.

"It's not yet over. You hear me? It isn't over yet until I say it's over! Do you think that it's over because the police freed those kids and arrested the kidnappers? Well, you and your little friends should watch your backs cuz I would stop at nothing to see the end of y'all..."

I froze as the phone fell from my hand.

"Sandy? Sandy are you okay?"
