Murmurs filled the confined locker room as the players processed the words that had left my mouth.


They looked hurt, even betrayed. I tried not to look them in the eye.


"What do you mean the girl in the video is you?" Derrick's voice cut through the mass of voices. He was standing in front of me, disbelief and confusion etched onto his features. 


The other players went quiet. They were all asking the same question with their eyes, but Derrick was the only one with the courage to say it out loud.


"I know it looks bad, but someone is trying to ruin my image by leaking the video. You know me, Derrick. I'm not like that." My voice was starting to crack.
