Dave looked at Trish, his eyes steady. "You say I'm weak, but what if I defeat you?" he asked, challenging her.

Trish turned to face him fully, her cold eyes narrowing. "You know the hierarchy of demons, right?" she replied. "The loser serves the winner. If you defeat me, I'll be your slave... but when I defeat you, you'll be mine."

Her words carried no hint of doubt—just certainty, as if victory was already in her grasp.

"Very well," Dave snorted, unable to tolerate her arrogance any longer.

"Then let's fight in Limbo. I like this suite, don't want to destroy it," Trish said, tapping the air in front of her. A portal shimmered into existence.

Dave raised an eyebrow, watching as she stepped through. Without hesitation, he followed her inside.

Once through, Dave looked around. "This place is weird," he mumbled. It resembled the Limbo from the games but felt distorted. It looked almost normal, except for the occasional twisted landscapes and strange, shifting objects in the distance.

"Let's fight," Trish said coldly, as two pistols materialized in her hands, both aimed at Dave. Without hesitation, she pulled the triggers.

Dave didn't flinch. In an instant, he summoned Ebony and Ivory, his own pistols, and returned fire. Bullets clashed mid-air, sparks flying as the two advanced toward each other, neither giving an inch.

As they closed the distance, the gunfire continued—each shot growing louder and faster. Finally, when they were just a step apart, Dave struck first, aiming for hand-to-hand combat with their guns still locked between them.

Trish smirked, meeting Dave's strike head-on. The force of their locked guns sent shockwaves rippling through the air, but neither backed down. Sparks flew from the clashing metal as they struggled for dominance.

Dave, sensing the raw strength in Trish's blows, swiftly twisted his body, using the momentum to break their deadlock. He spun to the side, firing Ivory at point-blank range. Trish dodged with a swift backflip, her heels barely touching the ground before she unleashed another volley of bullets at him.

Dave deflected the shots with quick movements of Ebony and Ivory, his reflexes heightened by the demonic power coursing through him. He darted forward, slashing at Trish with a low kick to break her guard.

She blocked it with her pistol, but the force pushed her back. "Not bad," she muttered before disappearing in a flash of lightning, reappearing behind him.

Dave felt the shift in the air, and without turning, he used Air Trick to teleport behind her just as she was about to strike. His Rebellion sword materialized in his hand, and with a quick slash, he aimed to catch her off-guard.

Trish spun around, her own blade now in hand, and their swords collided with a deafening clang. The ground beneath them cracked from the impact. Both gritted their teeth, neither willing to give an inch.

"You're better than I expected," Trish admitted, eyes narrowing as she powered up her demonic energy, electricity crackling around her.

"Same to you," Dave replied, gripping Rebellion tighter. His own demonic energy flared, flames flickering along the blade.

In an instant, they launched themselves at each other, clashing in a whirlwind of blades and power, sending shockwaves through Limbo as their battle raged on.

The air in Limbo crackled with energy as Dave and Trish collided again, their blades creating a symphony of metal on metal. Each strike sent tremors through the ground, the force of their battle growing with every passing second.

Trish pushed Dave back with a surge of demonic lightning, her eyes glowing fiercely. "You can't keep up forever!" she taunted, raising her hand as a storm of energy began to gather in her palm.

Dave smirked, feeling the rush of the battle fuel him even further. He wasn't about to back down. "We'll see about that," he said, his voice laced with confidence as he used Air Trick to teleport away from the incoming blast.

If Dave had only obtained abilities from Dante, he wouldn't have dared to fight her. However, he has also gained battle experience, including defeating her at her peak. Now, Dave is dominating her by reading her moves

Trish unleashed her lightning storm, the energy crackling through the air like a violent thunderclap. It hit the spot where Dave had been just moments before, leaving a crater in the ground.

But Dave had reappeared above her in an instant, Rebellion in hand, ready to strike. He came down with a powerful slash, aiming straight for Trish's head.

She reacted quickly, blocking the strike with her blade, though the impact drove her to one knee. She gritted her teeth, feeling the weight of Dave's strength bearing down on her. But Trish wasn't done. She kicked upward, catching Dave off guard and sending him stumbling back.

Using the opening, she charged at him, her body now glowing with a radiant yellow energy. Her punches came fast, imbued with demonic power, and Dave had to rely on Demonic Power Manipulation to deflect each blow, a shield of flames surrounding him.

"Not bad, but you're forgetting something!" Dave shouted as he unleashed Telekinesis, catching Trish off guard by gripping her mid-air and slamming her into the ground.

Trish winced but quickly recovered, flipping back onto her feet. "Telekinesis, huh?" she muttered, wiping the dirt from her cheek. "Looks like you're full of surprises."

Dave took a deep breath, his body glowing with the power of the Dante template, his strength increasing as the battle continued. He was starting to feel the fusion grow stronger within him. His mind was clearer, his abilities sharper.

"Enough games!" Trish yelled, her entire body now surrounded by a lightning aura as she charged up her full power. "Let's see if you can handle this!"

In a flash, she closed the distance between them and struck with her full strength. Dave barely managed to block with Rebellion, but the force of the blow sent him skidding back, his feet digging into the ground.

Dave grinned. "Finally, something worth fighting for," he said, his eyes glowing with demonic energy. He raised Rebellion high, flames igniting around the blade as he summoned his own power. "Let's finish this."

They charged at each other one final time, their swords colliding with an explosion of energy that lit up the entire battlefield. The force of the clash sent shockwaves rippling through Limbo, and for a moment, everything was consumed by light and sound.

When the dust settled, Dave stood tall, breathing heavily, while Trish was on one knee, her sword lowered.

"You win," she said, her voice calm, though there was a hint of respect in her eyes. "Looks like I'll be serving you after all."

The system chimed in.

[Quest Complete. Trish's loyalty: 100% , +7% Dante template Fusion]

Dave smiled, extending a hand to help her up. "I told you I wasn't weak."

Trish smirked, taking his hand. "Maybe I underestimated you. But don't think this is the last time we'll spar."

Trish then pushed Dave to the ground, her lips met his in a fierce, passionate kiss. For a moment, Dave's mind went blank, caught completely off guard. He hadn't expected the sudden shift in her attitude, especially after their intense battle. Trish's boldness was electrifying, much like her combat style, but this was a different kind of battle altogether.

As the kiss deepened, Dave could feel the surge of her demonic energy intertwining with his own. It was intoxicating, overwhelming, and unlike anything he'd experienced before. Trish pulled back slightly, a mischievous glint in her eyes, her lips still hovering dangerously close to his.

"You won the fight," she murmured, her voice low and sultry, "but that doesn't mean I'm done with you."

Dave, still catching his breath, managed a smirk. "I didn't realize you were so competitive."

Trish's smile widened, her hand trailing down his chest. "Oh, you'll learn, Dave. I never back down from a challenge."

"hmm" Dave nodded as she stood up from Dave, " Lets go back or do want me to serve you here?" She asked as her dress begin to loosen up.

Dave looked at her as a fire ignited in him, he reached near her as he grabbed her..

Ahh~~

....And then in Limbo a different kind of battle was fought between them.
