At night, after bathing Anne and coaxing her to fall asleep, Callan asked the nanny in. As soon as he walked out of Anne's bedroom, he saw his father-in-law, Walden.
"Hey, dad, you haven't rested yet?" Callan rolled up his sleeves, thinking that his father-in-law was probably deliberately waiting for him here. It had been a few days since Shanee had offered to resign. Moreover, she had vomited a lot when she left the other day. Walden probably couldn't wait to inquire about her.
"Look at you! You're a president of a company. How come you only focus on your wife and children all day?" Walden glanced at his son-in-law. He really didn't expect that Callan would have become like this.
"Are you better than me? Then what did you come to me for?" Callan muttered in a low voice. He did not dare to speak loudly. Walden was his father-in-law after all, and offending him was no different from offending Vannah.
"What did you say?" Walden didn't hear it clearly.
