Scarlet was enrolled in the Villainess Academy to learn how the world of evil truly operates. As I picked up the book I needed for our language lesson, I found myself passing by the cave where our first activity had been held. My curiosity pushed me to go inside and investigate. How did they pull off that illusion magic?

From what I knew, each class was forbidden from using the abilities of other Houses. House Obsiusfang couldn't just call on someone from House Krustallos or House Verdant to help them with barriers or illusion spells. Each House was supposed to rely on their own abilities to protect themselves and maintain their defenses. So, how did our house manage to create that illusion?

I paused for a moment, staring at the entrance of the cave, trying to figure it all out.

It just looks like an ordinary cave.

"I'm Faye, your classmate. I happened to spot you while I was inspecting the area," she said, her tone casual but serious. I raised my eyebrows.

"Why are you inspecting the area?" I asked, curious.
