Flaws And Imperfections

(Episode one)

As she stared at her reflection, Karia couldn't help but focus on her flaws. Her eyes too small, her nose too large, her skin too imperfect, her body too fat.

She felt like a canvas of mistakes, each one a reminder of her inadequacy.

Karia is still recovering from a break up. She dated Philip, a guy who treated her like a trash. He always complains that she's too fat and too ugly, he beats her like a party drum and he doesn't value her nor care about her feelings.

After staying a long while in the relationship, Karia decided to quit. But Philip told her that no man would ever want to be in a relationship with an ugly dumpling like her. He told Karia that she will regret breaking up with him cause no other man can date her. But Karia had to shake all those words off and quit the relationship.

Karia was so hurt, she was so depressed, she sees herself as a disheveled person.

Karia is an orphan, she lost her parents at a very young age and since then she have been living with her aunt. Tara, karia's aunt always insults karia. She is always comparing her daughter with karia, she lets karia know that her daughter is more beautiful and that her daughter will get married before her.

One day, when karia was coming back from work, she received a call from Philip her ex-boyfriend.

She was surprised to see his call and she wondered why he was calling her. Many things came to her mind, she thought maybe he wants to ask for forgiveness. She answered the call and listened carefully to what he had to say. Karia wanted to hear something like I'm sorry, please forgive me but sadly, Philip only called to insult her. He began by asking her if she have found someone else.

Hello ugly! Have you found someone else? Philip asked laughing.

No, I haven't and why are you asking? She asked feeling angry.

I told you, you won't find any guy that will love you, you are too fat and ugly, I was just managing you but you decided to leave. I really pity you, well I just called to know if you attempted to find a man but now I know you haven't and you can't. Bye ugly!

Philip laughed and hanged up the call.

Karia was so heartbroken, would she ever find a man that will love her the way she is?

She have been rejected countless times, no man ever wanted to stay with her. They always complain about her appearance.

Karia lived her life thinking that she was nothing, she compared herself to others, wondering why she couldn't be more like them.
