I think you are already accepting that she is no longer with us. Mourning is a different process for all of us.” I nodded. She was right. Lily had a normal life, with a normal family, normal job and normal friends. Focused on her career, she made no time for boyfriends. Not that the right ones wanted her anyways... But after her mom's death she is stupified when she learns that she is now the proud owner of 2 houses in Europe and a million dollar trust fund. In Too Deep: a mafia story

I was walking around the garden of the Espositos. If you can even call it a garden still, the place is huge. It was nice to clear my mind for a bit, and to be alone for a bit. This is one overwhelming family! 


Matteo wouldn’t let me go to the office, he wouldn’t even let me go home. Hell, the first day he wouldn’t even let me leave his sight. He was breathing down my neck the entire day. It took a lot of persuasion from me, and Vita, and Guilia to stop that. In turn I spent the next two days in the sight of him, or Ennio, or Vita, or Luciano. 


They are nice people, but there was something weird going on. I mean, living with your siblings is kind of weird, right? So, technically they are not living in the same house, but the amount of time they spend together is crazy. And they speak in tongues.
