“Geeeeeezzzzzz! Why am I always surrounded by these kinds of people?!” Lord Gideon threw his hands in the air, exasperated.
Takade placed a hand on his hip, tilting his head slightly. “Let’s start over. My name’s Takade Sakurai.”
“Huh?” Lord Gideon raised a brow.
‘This guy’s awfully direct…’ He thought, ‘is it a feint?’
“Well, mine’s Gideon. Don’t remember my last name, and I don’t want to anyway… But hold up! Aren’t we supposed to be fighting?”
Takade tapped his chin thoughtfully. “Hmm. I like fighting and all, but... I don’t feel like you’re a bad person.”
“Is your head screwed on right?” Lord Gideon retorted with squinted eyes, “Well, I won’t say I’m a saint or anything, but I don’t think I’m evil.”
Takade nodded, his smirk widening, “Yeah, me too. You just seem like a clueless brat tossed into a world beyond their control.”
“Hey, watch it!” Lord Gideon barked, his face flushing with annoyance.
