The Bluish Figures of my Team members

After Hanako’s little orientation with the hostages—now newly appointed monitors-in-training—the team brought by Hank began escorting them away.

The hostages were hesitant, fear lingering in their expressions, but Hanako gave them a reassuring nod. That small gesture eased their anxieties, and they finally complied.

Hank, however, had reached his limit with Hanako’s endless "hero" pep talks.

"I just want to go home and enjoy a drink... I’m not built for these types of assignments," he brooded internally, rubbing his temples.

Snapping back to the present, Hank broke the silence. "What about Joon?"

Hanako’s face darkened slightly, a shadow of pain crossing her features. "He was killed by a woman who was with Vladia."

"I... see," Hank murmured, avoiding her gaze.

‘How do I tell her I already knew that? What I’m actually asking is—where’s his corpse?’

Clearing his throat, Hank tried again. "Uhm... so... like... where is his, uhm, body?"
