Danielle stretches her lips in an arrogant smile when a young man shows up at the company at the appointed hour and sits down across from her.

He looks confused. He rather didn't expect to be the one to see her at the interview, as he hoped that someone had actually decided to give him a chance.

This sight amuses the girl incredibly, but she tries to keep a serious face so as not to panic him. It seems to her that if she plays her plan right she has a chance to keep him there.

Although she hates her mother with all her heart, joining forces with her at this point is the best solution to get revenge.

— Mr. Braun... — The woman looks at the papers, and her voice sounds rough. — I hope you realize that I am only going to give you a chance for the sake of my daughter? I see that you only graduated from high school and shortly thereafter went to jail for causing a fatal accident....

The redhead again twists her lips in an arrogant smile, which does not escape the attention of the young man.

— One moment can destroy a person's life. Everyone deserves a second chance. There are no people who don't make mistakes, Mom — Danielle interjects, not taking her eyes off the boy. — He's a good friend of mine and I want to help him because I know he's having trouble finding a job.

— Rather, no one wants to take on a criminal. This is understandable.

The girl crosses her arms on her chest, watching the boy tighten his lips in anger. He looks as if he feels like tearing her apart for arranging a mockery of him.

— Mom, if you want to correct your past mistakes, then don't create problems and just accept my friend. I intend to extend a helping hand to him. I hope this will help mend our bitter relationship.

The woman is not thrilled with Danielle's idea, but allows her to make the move, just to have her on her side. She intends to help her and participate in the revenge plan she has prepared for this boy.

She thinks he deserves it, since he tried to kill her daughter in the past.

— I'm not an idiot. — Johnny unexpectedly speaks up, mirroring Danielle with a hateful glance. — I won't fall for this game. You would have to have a donkey in front of you. Do you think I will agree to your proposal? Good joke.

— And are you afraid of something? Maybe I am the main reason for your fear? — Her boorish smile makes the boy look like a ticking bomb. — Didn't you want to confront me? It seems to me that by accepting this job, you have an opportunity to take revenge on me. If you are clever, you can easily play this. I hand you my head on a tray.

He searches it with her eyes, wondering what she is playing at.

— What are you up to?

— I'm simply giving you a chance for a rematch. If you don't take it, I will push you to the biggest bottom in a short while. Don't tell me you can only plan murder. I want to have fun. Take revenge in a way that doesn't involve the authorities. Are you in? I warn you that in all kinds of games I am second to none. Do you dare?

The boy looks at the girl's mother, who mirrors him with a hateful gaze. There is no doubt that in her eyes he is a bug that he can easily trample.

— You are abnormal. I don't know what you have planned, but I won't get sucked into this game. You are sick in the mind, and you proved it eight years ago when you caused the death of my girlfriend.

The woman looks shocked by his words. She shifts her gaze to her daughter, not believing what she just heard.

— Mom, don't look at me like that. My cheeks are burning — Danielle turns to her, ignoring the fact that the woman looks anxious. — Remember that it was you who bred the monster in me. You wanted me to become a strong, independent woman, and well, in a way, you succeeded. — A smile creeps onto her face. — I became a beast worse than you.

— You are sick. Both of you. — Johnny rises from his chair and twirls his finger near his forehead, letting them know that they should get treatment. — It seems to me that I will not have to take revenge because, eventually, you will kill each other yourselves.

After saying these words, the boy leaves the room.

— Did you lead to the death of the girl? — The woman still does not take her eyes off her daughter, and her eyes seem much bigger.

She is in shock.

— Have you forgotten how you locked me in a dark room for 24 hours, instilling in me to become a strong woman and fight for myself? — Danielle crosses her arms on her chest, looking at one point in front of her. She tries to sound haughty, but when a shudder runs through her body, reminding her of the past, her voice trembles for a moment. — You talked me into it to the point where I emotionlessly eliminated the girl who tried to take something that was mine.

— I did not grow a monster in you, Danielle. You were one from birth, which is why I tried to isolate you from the rest of society.

— Do you know, mommy? — The woman looks horrified when she notices her behavior. — Don't even think about taking away Jin's place that is his. I will stand up for him because eight years ago, I was able to finish off a girl obsessively in love with him, and I won't hesitate now either.

— Be careful what you say, Danielle. Control yourself because I know your past and can harm you at any time. You are an adult, but I took you under my protection to help you. Be obedient to me.

The girl won't let go anyway. She will take revenge for the hell she experienced in the past. The day will come when she will finally punish her mother.

After leaving work, Hannah feels dizzy again. For a moment, she gets dark in front of her eyes, so she holds on to the wall of the building.

She lowers her head and closes her eyelids, trying to recover. She gets the impression that there are whispers in her mind that call back to Horace Mann's past. They shout at each other, trying to explain to the girl the situation with Solar. They repeat to her that she knows the story perfectly well, but she needs to remember what she learned seven years ago, when she opened the diary of the dead teenager.

— Are you all right, miss? — She takes a deep breath and opens her eyes, noticing an older woman in front of her, who looks at her with concern in her eyes. — Are you feeling well? You're pale, you look like you're about to faint.

— I'm slowly recovering — she says in a low voice, letting her guide her to a bench. He sits down on it and forces a slight smile, directing it to the woman. — Thank you.

— May I help you somehow?

— I'm better now. Thanks to the lady again.

The woman takes one last look at her, then walks away. Hannah leans her elbows on her knees and hides her face in her hands.

She doesn't know what's happening to her anymore herself.

Her symptoms appear to be getting worse. Is it actually due to a relapse of her mental illness, or is something else ailing her?

— Sis!

The brunette wrinkles her eyebrows as she notices Danielle heading in her direction. Her unexpected visits, seem a bit strange to the girl. How does she know when and where to show up to meet her? It can't be a coincidence.

— What are you doing here, Danielle?

— I longed to make your life miserable. I promised Jin that I would give you peace of mind, well, and I actually succeeded for a while, considering that it's already November. How time flies fast.... — She sighed loudly as she sat down next to her on the bench and put his arm around her. — Something miserable looking, could it be that the ghost is not giving you a break, or maybe it's because of the quarrel with your beloved?

And then a red light goes on in Hannah's head. How the hell does Danielle know about all this!

The only explanation is.... eavesdropping.

— Are you controlling me?

— I'm trying to. After all, you are my twin and I have to take care of you. No one is entitled to oppress you, after all, that privilege is mine.

Hannah grabs the phone in her hand and checks all the installed apps. A hidden icon catches her attention.

— When did you do that, Danielle? — She shows her the unfamiliar app, watching as an arrogant smile appears on her face. — When did you manage to do it?

— Who said I did it? You need to keep a good eye on your cell phone, sis.

The girl has an overwhelming urge to wipe that perfidious smile off her face, but she's bailed out by Johnny, who with a firm move grabs her by the collar of her jacket and pulls her close.

— What are you playing at, stupid girl? Are you mocking me?

— Have you been following me? I only wish you had rented a truck to drive me somewhere along the way. — Danielle doesn't give a damn that she is just being held by the boy who tried to kill her seven years ago. — I tried to get you a job, at least on a stupid construction site, and you attacked me.

The brunette looks around anxiously, noticing that people are paying attention to them, but no one is going to get involved. Everyone ignores it.

— You can play games, but I won't forgive you. Eventually, I'll find a way to make you pay for your sins.

— And vice versa, baby — she replies, smiling at him. — I love it when people look at me with such hatred in their eyes. Your girlfriend also looked at me this way before she decided to kill herself.

— Are you specifically provoking me!

— Bravo! Perceptive you are. I see that you lose control easily, so maybe I can send you to jail again?

— Stop it! — Hannah's shout causes both of them to shift their gaze to her. — None of you really know why Solar killed herself! You don't know the main reason! Only she knows it!

The redhead bursts into laughter.

— Ah, well, yes! My little sister is in touch with her, so Bane will definitely tell her the truth, unless she already did.

Johnny crinkles his eyebrows.

— What are you talking about? — He turns to Hannah in a softer voice.

— There is her diary at Horace Mann. Seven years ago, I found it, but certain circumstances made me forget everything that was inside.

— Mental illness — Danielle explains to him. — That's why, don't listen to what she says. She is still not fully sane in her mind.

The boy looks shocked.

— Did you find her diary? I know she owned one...

— A pink one with a blue elephant? — She interjects in his mind, to which he nods. — Memories of that evening come back to me in bits and pieces, but I can't predict when I'll remember it all, or if it's even a possibility....

Danielle rolls her eyes. She frees herself from the brunet's grasp and pushes her sister into his arms.

— She will be my replacement. You can even kill her if you want to relieve yourself.

— No, Danielle. You are not going anywhere from here. — The twin's firm voice is something of a surprise to her. She likes it. — I'm sick of your games, of you implicating me in your sins. I would like to stop this, once and for all. And I'm going to start now.

Before this day is over, Hannah will open the gates to hell and unleash all the demons of the past. She will do this unintentionally and flood her friends and, above all, herself with an avalanche of fire, which will take away their happiness and bring them long-term pain and suffering.
