Olivia sighed more than ten times in relief before she finally got to the house's entrance.
It felt surreal that she was finally back here after she thought her life would have ended about an hour ago.
Thinking of how she would have a big dinner, soak in a warm bath and sleep under the warm cover of her duvet, she quickened her steps.
The butler welcomed Olivia at the door, but to her surprise, he greeted her respectfully and didn't move to open the door for her.
"I have been gone for only two days, and you have already forgotten your place?" she asked, giving him a death scare. "Open the door since to teach you what to do now."
The butler stood in front of the door, blocking her out as he lowered his head. "My apologies, Miss Swift..."
"M-miss what? Did you just address me as Miss Swift?" Olivia asked, quickly interrupting him. She couldn't believe her ears.
