ch1 New beginning

The sun peeked through the towering trees, casting dappled shadows on the pristine grounds of the two prestigious dance academies: Kagami Dance Academy and Hoshizora Dance Institute. The air buzzed with anticipation as students from both schools gathered, their laughter and chatter blending into a vibrant symphony.

Inside the spacious auditorium of Kagami, a giant banner read, "Welcome to Our New Academy!" It hung over a stage that was set for introductions. The femboy bottoms, dressed in pastel outfits adorned with glitter and sequins, gathered at the front, eyes sparkling with excitement and nervousness.

"Can you believe this is actually happening?" Hinata Shoyo exclaimed, bouncing on the balls of his feet. His bright smile was infectious, and his enthusiasm was hard to contain.

"I just hope the tops aren't as cold as they look," Yamaguchi added, glancing over at the group of muscular boys standing together, wearing matching athletic gear.

"Relax, Yamaguchi," Kenma Kozume said, adjusting his glasses. "They're just focused on their image. Besides, we'll show them how fun it can be."

Just then, a loud voice boomed from the back of the room. "All right, everyone! Can I have your attention?" Hajime Iwaizumi, the reliable leader of the tops, stepped onto the stage, followed by the rest of his group.

Kageyama Tobio stood beside him, arms crossed and scowling, while Bokuto Kōtarō waved enthusiastically to the crowd. "Welcome! We're here to make this merge as smooth as possible," Iwaizumi continued, trying to project calmness.

A chorus of cheers erupted from the bottoms, with Tanaka shouting, "Smooth? Like my dance moves!"

"Yeah, right," Tsukishima Kei muttered under his breath, causing the other tops to snicker.

As introductions continued, the tension in the room was palpable. The tops were all confident and cool, while the bottoms exuded vibrant energy. Yet beneath the surface, the two groups were sizing each other up, curiosity mingling with apprehension.

Later that evening, the students gathered in the newly furnished mansion they would all call home. The grandeur of the place was overwhelming, with high ceilings, elaborate chandeliers, and a kitchen that could rival any professional culinary school.

"Welcome home, everyone!" Kuroo Tetsurō declared, throwing his arms wide as if to embrace the entire room. "Let's get to know each other better. How about a little icebreaker?"

The bottoms exchanged excited glances, while the tops remained stoic, unsure of what was to come.

"What's an icebreaker?" Kenma asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Something to warm us up!" Bokuto said enthusiastically. "Like a dance-off!"

"Or a prank war!" Nishinoya shouted, eyes gleaming with mischief.

"That's not an icebreaker!" Akaashi sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose.

"Fine, let's do a simple introduction," Iwaizumi said, trying to regain control. "Name, what you're looking forward to in this merge, and your favorite dance style."

"Okay, I'll go first!" Hinata beamed. "I'm Shoyo Hinata! I can't wait to dance with all of you! My favorite is contemporary!"

The introductions flowed, each bottom bursting with energy and enthusiasm, contrasting sharply with the tops' more subdued responses.

When it was Kageyama's turn, he crossed his arms and spoke with a serious tone, "Tobio Kageyama. I'm looking forward to showing you what real dance looks like. Hip-hop is my favorite."

"Real dance?" Tanaka scoffed, elbowing Nishinoya. "We'll see about that."

As the night wore on, the energy in the mansion shifted to one of chaotic camaraderie. The bottoms, emboldened by their collective spirit, decided to test their boundaries.

[Group Chat: Bottoms]

Hinata: Okay, let's prank the tops tomorrow!

Yamaguchi: What do you have in mind?

Tanaka: Glitter bombs in their lockers!

Nishinoya: YES! And we should make it epic!

The next morning, as the sun cast a warm glow over the mansion, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. The bottoms hurried through their morning routine, giggling about their plan.

They arrived at the dance studio early, eager to set their prank in motion. As they prepared the glitter bombs, they heard the tops' footsteps echoing down the hallway.

"Quick! Hide!" Hinata whispered, shoving the bombs under a bench just in time.

The tops entered the studio, immediately exuding an air of confidence. Iwaizumi and Kageyama took the lead, followed by Bokuto and Kuroo, who were busy exchanging playful banter.

"Okay, everyone, let's start with a warm-up," Iwaizumi announced.

As the practice began, the bottoms couldn't help but steal glances at the tops, watching their impressive movements. Despite their initial rivalry, they admired the tops' skills and poise.

"Alright, let's see what you can do!" Kageyama called out, a competitive spark in his eyes.

Hinata's heart raced. "We're ready for this!" he thought, his determination igniting as they prepared for their first joint practice.

Little did they know, this merge would turn their worlds upside down, leading to unexpected friendships, countless pranks, and a journey of self-discovery through dance.

As the two groups danced side by side, the promise of a chaotic, beautiful adventure loomed just around the corner.
