Chapter 4 Love Song

In the early morning, Marie walked to Liora's room and was about to ask her to have breakfast. The door was open, and the scene in front of her stunned her.

Liora's hand hung down by the bed. Auriel was lying on the carpet, her index finger hooked on Liora's.

Marie's saliva clogged her throat, and she swallowed hard before knocking lightly on the door.

"Um...Liora and Auriel, it's time to have breakfast."

Auriel woke up suddenly and found that she had fallen asleep. She looked at the index finger hooked in front of her, and couldn't help but look at it again. She raised a slight arc and lasted for two seconds before she calmed down and looked at Lin at the door.

"Auntie, um..." Auriel uncrossed her hands and lowered her head to smooth her shirt.

"Why were you sleeping on the ground last night? Did Liora kick you off? This kid is really... Liora, wake up~" Marie tugged at the sleeping Liora.

"Yesterday she screamed in the middle of the night. I came to see what was wrong, and then accidentally fell asleep."

"I'm so sorry, Auriel, she often does this... Ever since something happened, but I still want to trouble you. You should go to her grandma's room to sleep tonight, so as not to be disturbed by her."

"Auntie, It doesn't matter."

During breakfast, Liora accidentally slipped while walking because she was not awake. He muttered "real back" and got up to leave.

"Liora, together with Auriel."

"Why?"

"You were crying, fussing, and yelling last night, so she took care of you all night."

"How...I don't know..."

"Go quickly, you can go to school together, it will be safe even in the snow."

"Alright, Auntie, we went first."

Liora picked up the transparent umbrella in the corner and went out, then stepped firmly into the white softness.

"Auriel, let's come together." Liora looked at the stunned Auriel on the steps and said, thinking about why she cried and made trouble last night, but she didn't seem to have any memory at all, and she felt sorry.

Auriel walked towards Liora, got under the transparent umbrella, grabbed Liora's wrist, and moved it down, holding the handle of the umbrella with her right hand.

"Liora, I'll get it." The transparent umbrella was raised higher at this moment.

"Well, last night I..."

" Don't worry, everything's okay. " The hair on the left side of Auriel's face covered half of her face, only revealing some curly eyelashes and the tip of her nose, remembering the image of Liora embracing herself last night, Auriel didn't hold back a soft laugh.

"Why are you laughing? Did I...do something strange?"

Liora was panicking, her head was rumbling at this time. If her brain could rain, she would be in a thunderstorm now. If her brain could make it snow, she would be in a blizzard now. If her brain could blow wind, she would be having a blowing blow…tornado!

The memories of last night had vanished like water vapor evaporating, she couldn't recall any of it, what if it exposed some of my thoughts? Can her words be trusted?

She was just laughing at me. Geez! I must have done some hilarious behavior last night, this tight-lipped woman, how do I get her to reveal those secrets, why are they secrets, what exactly are they secrets, can't I just say it?

Holding it in really gets you in a mood as irritating as ants tearing at you.

"It's normal." Auriel suppressed the corners of her mouth and tried to keep her voice steady.

"I'm here. Bye~" Liora stopped and the tip of the umbrella made a sound after it came into contact with the ground.

"I'm here too."

"Are you in this class? Aren't you 3 years younger than me?"

Liora was surprised that the person in front of him was a classmate and she had never noticed her in the past. Liora didn't talk to anyone in school except her classmate Raina. She seemed invisible in the space of the class. When she attracted attention, it was only when the teacher read the math countdown ranking, that she was always the last.

"Because I'm smarter than you."

Liora was speechless and she thought about the embarrassment of whether the other party knew about her D+ math test paper.

Liora sat down on the right side of the door, put the umbrella away, and looked at Auriel who walked to the front row.

Liora pinched herself. Where she sat had nothing to do with me. I had a search mission.

"Liora, do you want to go to the music club today? "Raina from next door suddenly said something, it was the first thing she said this week, and today was Friday. Raina was even more reticent than Liora, and for Liora, was the only person she would talk to in this school.

Raina had an unprecedented smile on her face, and Liora even thought that she was possessed. Seeing Raina showing such sincere eyes to her for the first time, Liora agreed with a smile.

The music club is the most popular in AL Middle School, so the principal used the small auditorium opposite the observatory as the music club's activity space.

The first principal of AL Middle School once said: "AL City snows every seven years. Seven years symbolizes rebirth and decline. The auditorium during the first snowfall is the best moment to express love."

After the math class ended, Raina took Liora and walked to the small auditorium. The outside of the small auditorium was crowded with people, and there were many "I love you, xxx" and "xxx&xxx forever" written on the snow.

"Why are there so many people today?"

"Liora, haven't you heard of that legend? The first snowfall is the best time to express love. It is said that if we have the same heart that day, we will never forget each other in all our lives and spend eternity together." Raina put on that unprecedented smile once again.

"Today, you have someone you want to express your feelings to, right? I didn't expect that you are usually taciturn, so your friend and I must embolden you!" Liora looked at that smile and secretly felt it in her heart. Happy for her. She and Raina are often regarded as the weirdos in the class. One is "brainless" and the other is "unhappy". The one thing they have in common is "people, don't close to me".

"No, No, come with me." Raina pulled Liora's sleeve through the crowd and pushed open the white wooden door of the music club.

The moment she pushed away, the sound of bass, guitar, and drums suddenly stopped, and dozens of people turned their heads.

The teacher standing on the left side of the door held Liora and Raina and pointed to the distance.

"Hurry up, it's about to start. There are two seats in the first row."

Liora walked towards the only remaining seat in the first row as embarrassed as the teacher was when he mentioned her 7 marks in the maths paper.

The lights suddenly went dark, and when they turned on again, a girl with a green plaid vest and long brown hair appeared.

"Hello everyone, we bring you an original song of mine called "First Snow"." The girl on the stage looked at the girl in the first row, and her foggy eyes suddenly flashed with light, as if she saw a fleeting meteor.

Liora looked at the girl on the stage and was fascinated by it.

"How about it, not bad!" Raina from next door patted Liora's leg and said with a smile.

"Yes, yes, it's good." Liora's mood was very complicated at this time, and there was even a slight throbbing. She was sensitive and immediately caught the throbbing, and pinched herself, thinking of the unspoken secret, maybe What can be found here.

The girl on the stage began to play the guitar with her head lowered, and her hair on the side was tucked behind her ears. Under the light, her eyelashes seemed to be stained with crystal tears.

"First Snow"

I once thought that plainness was the main theme of my life

The continuous snowstorm swallowed up my emotions

That day, I accidentally saw you

You are jumping in the snow

The red vest and sweater ignited my heart at the moment

I wanted to be close to you at that moment

Snows glistening

I'm used to standing behind you

I follow your traces in time

Hugging is what I want to do most

The return of you is so precious

In a world named after you

Do you know what I mean?

Before the girl on the stage finished singing, Liora looked at Raina next to her.

"Raina, I'm leaving first."
