For the next few days, David didn't return at all. Even so, Hania's daily schedule didn't seem to be affected: She slept and got up early every day, ate on time, and even took a stroll like usual.
Although the servants knew that the couple was arguing, they were always on guard for fear that something would happen to Hania.
Furthermore, Reeva and Tiana noticed that although everything seemed to be normal, Hania wasn't happy at all. After all, Madam used to keep a warm and bright smile on her face, but now she was always in a lonely daze.
At night.
Lying on the spacious bed alone, Hania gently touching her abdomen and couldn't help but look at the empty spot beside her. Then she showed a bitter smile.
However, she quickly closed her eyes and forced herself to stop thinking about it. "Hania... Oh, Hania... Just stop thinking about him..."
As if she was trying to hypnotize herself to sleep, she kept repeating the same words in her heart.
