Kearn's Death and Funeral

Kang spent the next few days waiting for the tension between the Holy Empire and Thyac to reach its peak.

The archduke that suffered from Kang's actions never let the matter go and so Kearn had to take action.

Under his decree, the holy knights and the ones supporting them were kicked from the Kingdom.

As a result, the Holy Empire took it as offensive and their hostility toward Kearn grew a lot compared to before. Meanwhile, Kang hid behind the scenes, acting as if he was busy with his guild matters.

He carefully planned and trained the dark knights so they executed what they were tasked with perfectly. Finally, the weekend arrived once again and he prepared to visit the royal palace for dinner with his fiance.

Casandra tried to calm herself down, knowing what he intended to do this time.

But due to his nature, he acted as cold as ever, never allowing anything to reveal what was on his mind.
