Oneshot

Saikyō shot straight into the sky.

The intense flames burned so hot that the air seemed to explode, heating up in mere seconds.

After quickly analyzing the battle, Saikyō decided to take the initiative.

He unleashed a powerful fire attack.

Under his will, a massive pillar of fire ignited intensely, aiming at the two enemy officers.

"Is this a Shinigami's Hadō?"

The towering flames reflected in their eyes, and both Geo and Abirama's expressions turned to fear.

"Something feels off!"

The humanoid griffin narrowed its eyes, and their previous confidence vanished instantly.

Saikyō, who they thought was weak, suddenly revealed his true strength.

The situation flipped in an instant!

"Abirama, get out of the way!"

The saber-toothed tiger, Geo, reacted first.

He roared and quickly leaped aside, dodging with agility.

Abirama followed, flapping his large wings, letting out a sharp cry before taking flight.

At that moment, eleven fire pillars followed closely.

The compressed flames exploded in mid-air, creating a sea of fire.

The sky above the desert became an incredible sight—a floating ocean of flames!

"What's going on?"

A student from the special training class, who was running away, heard the loud noise behind them. They stopped and turned back.

When they saw the sea of flames, everyone's faces filled with shock.

"It's Saikyō!"

"Saikyō is fighting a Menos Grande!"

Someone shouted, and the others quickly focused on Saikyō.

In that moment, Saikyō's straight posture looked like an unshakable mountain, filling them with a sense of trust.

"He's fighting the Menos Grande and holding his own!"

Watching the two figures retreating in the sky surrounded by flames, everyone was stunned.

As a "newcomer," Saikyō remained calm even when facing the Menos Grande from Hueco Mundo.

That bravery was admirable!

"What are you standing around for?"

"Instead of staring, go back to camp and tell Instructor Hiyori!" someone shouted, snapping their companions out of their daze.

In moments of life and death, the most important thing was survival.

Staying here would only make things harder.

Though Saikyō had only been in the academy for a few months, he showed incredible composure in the face of the Menos Grande and gave clear instructions to his companions.

"Sorry! We're counting on you!"

After Saikyō's command, the others snapped out of their shock.

With one last fearful glance at the approaching Gillians, they turned and rushed toward the camp.

Saikyō remained to fight alone.

"Kid..."

"Does it hurt to be left behind by your friends?" A sharp voice echoed from the sky not long after they left.

Although they escaped the sea of flames, Abirama had suffered some damage.

The proud griffin's body had been scorched, and his red feathers were singed.

He looked frustrated!

Seeing the other's disheveled state, Saikyō calmly drew his Asauchi. "You two came from Las Noches, didn't you?"

"Las Noches?"

"How do you know that?"

Geo, the saber-toothed tiger, appeared on the other side.

Beneath his mask, his eyes were filled with surprise.

Before this invasion, neither Geo nor Abirama had left Hueco Mundo.

Even the name "Las Noches" wasn't widely known, not even by Shinigami.

So how did Saikyō know?

"Is that really so surprising?" Saikyō's face remained calm under Geo's predatory gaze. "Either way, you're not going back."

"I didn't expect you to be so bold with your words."

Geo glared, his claws and teeth bared.

"Hungry Wing Cannon!"

The enraged Abirama responded with a powerful attack.

His enormous crimson wings unleashed a barrage of sharp feathers, all aiming for Saikyō.

"Arrogant brat!"

"Once I defeat you, I'll make sure you regret it!"

Abirama shouted in anger.

Saikyō's words had clearly struck a nerve.

"Kid, stop struggling. Even the Menos Grande of Las Noches couldn't survive Abirama's attack," Geo said from the sidelines.

He looked at Saikyō as if the fight was already over.

"Vicious... reckless... cruel..."

"The Menos Grande of Las Noches is exactly what I expected. No wonder Hueco Mundo became Aizen's playground," Saikyō muttered to himself.

Geo and Abirama, as officers of Baraggan, clearly had strength.

But due to their limitations, their abilities had a cap. They hadn't reached the level of Arrancar.

Despite how threatening their attack appeared, it posed no real danger to Saikyō.

"Shunpo."

Without much movement, Saikyō blurred into action.

In an instant, all that was left was an afterimage.

Countless crimson feathers rained down, hitting nothing but his illusion.

"Tch, just another loudmouth. I thought I'd found a worthy opponent." Geo sneered.

"Geo..."

"I sense over a dozen decent auras nearby. Let's go after them soon!" Abirama soared through the air, flapping his wings.

"Shinigami..."

"I'll take them down one by one!"

Geo roared into the sky, his energy creating a whirlwind of dust.

But just as they relaxed...

Saikyō's voice, which shouldn't have been heard, echoed like a whisper in the wind.

"The Menos Grande of Las Noches..."

"You won't be hunting anyone today!"

As his voice rang out, a single slash followed—a swift, decisive blow that finished the fight in an instant.
