After that, Aria and Jake chatted for almost ten minutes before hanging up the phone. Then she start unpacking and getting jet lagged.
“Mr. Thomson.” Jake had just put his phone down when Mara walked over from the hallway, followed by Ronald.
Seeing Ronald coming over so late, Jake knew there must be something important, so he stood up, “Mara, take two children upstairs and get them washed.”
“Okay sir.” Mara nodded and took two children upstairs.
In the living room, only Jake and Ronald were left.
Jake stuck his hands in his pants pocket, “Go ahead, what it is?”
“It’s about the information on Miss Levine that you asked me to investigate yesterday, and I have already got the result.” Ronald said, handing over the document to Jake.
Jake narrowed his eyes and took it with one hand.
The document was thick with a dozen of papers.
Jake’s thin lips pursed into a straight line as he flipped through them one by one.
