Aria rubbed her stomach and turned her head to give the man a sultry look, “It’s all your fault!”
Would she wake up so late if he hadn’t tossed her around so hard last night?
Jake naturally understood the meaning in the woman’s eyes and laughed in a low voice, “Well, it is my fault.”
“Hmph.” Aria rolled her eyes at him and turned her head back, not bothering to pay attention to him.
Soon, the couple returned to the villa.
Carla was no longer in the living room, presumably she was in her room.
Jake wrapped his arm around Aria and came to the dining room, instructing the maid, “Get some food for my wife.”
“Yes sir.” The servant answered, then turned in the direction of the kitchen.
He pulled out a chair and let Aria sit down.
Jake waited until she sat down before pulling out the chair next to him and settling down, “Since you’re awake, why didn’t you let someone prepare food for you in the first place?”
