Serena took ten thousand dollars straight out of her bag and put it in front of the woman, "I'm Uncle Bard's neighbor and I have something for him, just for one afternoon."
Seeing the money, the woman took it without hesitation and looked at Bard sarcastically, "I really didn't think that you had such a rich neighbor, Bard, it seems that you were really confused at first, but it's a pity that you were tricked by a woman and that your books were read to a dog!"
Bard's face was flushed and he didn't make a sound, his eyebrows filled with concealment.
Serena hurriedly took the man with her and didn't stay behind.
Bard was a man and recognized the limousine parked outside at a glance, the whole person suddenly became formal, "Why are you looking for me?"
"Uncle Bard, don't be nervous, I'm just curious about what happened back then, let's find a restaurant and talk slowly."
Bard pursed his lips and got into the car, not daring to move at all, stirring his palms awkwardly.
