As the paramedics carried Goto away, one of the men in a suit turned to his colleague, shaking his head as he looked at the massive crater. "How the hell are we supposed to cover this up?" he asked, exasperated.
Another man, leaning against the doorway, smirked and adjusted his sunglasses. "You look like an idiot in those shades at night," he said.
The man with the sunglasses grinned and shrugged. "I'm cool with mysterious. You simpletons won't get it."
He casually strolled toward the room where the destruction seemed to have begun. Flashlights illuminated the chaotic scene. Despite the devastation, something strange caught his attention—trophies and awards were scattered everywhere but remained intact, almost as if someone had intentionally avoided damaging them.
The man tilted his head, staring at the odd arrangement. "Nah, this can't be possible," he murmured to himself. "An explosion must've happened. But how the hell isn't Goto turned into a crisp yet?"
He stepped closer to one of the trophies, picking it up and examining it under the flashlight's beam. The name James Park was engraved on it. His expression shifted slightly as he read the name aloud. "James Park... I swear I've heard that name somewhere before." He frowned, then shook his head. "Or maybe I didn't. Who knows."
His moment of contemplation was interrupted when another suited man entered the room. "Mr. Kim," the man with sunglasses said, turning to face him, his voice now commanding.
"Yes?" Mr. Kim replied, standing at attention.
"Find a group for the investigation. Make them look into every single detail about what happened here," he ordered, pointing toward the crater and the scattered trophies. "I want answers—real answers."
Kim nodded quickly. "Understood. I'll have the best team on it."
The man with the sunglasses looked back at the trophies, his grin returning as he placed the one he was holding back onto the shelf. "This guy, James Park... I don't know what kind of game he's playing, but it looks like Goto just stumbled into something way above his weight class."
He turned to leave, waving dismissively as Kim began barking orders to the rest of the team. The mystery of the abandoned school, the trophies, and James Park was only beginning to unravel, but one thing was certain—whoever James was, he wasn't someone to take lightly.
