Despite countless attempts, Zodiac couldn't fall asleep.

For almost a few hours he was just staring at the ceiling of his bedroom, with the system's screen right beside him, still showing the same texts as earlier.

Something in his mind was just not adding up. There was no tutorial, nor any hints on how to use the system he has. So he couldn't really grasp the full potential of it.

He sighed, slowly sitting up, the system screen moving along with him as it would move to go in front of him.

Zodiac couldn't help but ponder about what the term: System Capability meant. It was either the way he uses it, or if he masters it enough that it could be capable enough to give him higher or maybe different options.

He sighed while scratching his head, moving his legs to sit on a criss cross way, while rocking back and forth with his hands resting on his legs.

"I really want to know how this works.. I should just go outside to let out some steam."

He jumped off his bed, putting on a black shirt along with some sports pants that was a bit baggy, of course he'd bring a jacket since it was cold out.

Walking down the stairs to look at his clock, it was almost about to be 9 PM already, so he doesn't have to worry about getting mugged. As he left the house, making sure he brought his keys, and that it was locked.

After a couple of minutes walking throughout his neighborhood, he'd arrive at the playground that he used to play at, and where he met Chai for the first time.

But he didn't come outside to reminisce past memories. He had to figure out what he has to do about the system and himself.

Suddenly, a voice spoke from behind him, he turned around slowly to see that it was some random guy, although his air was a bit pink.

"Hey there! You seem troubled mister, something wrong?"

The guy said, Zodiac would observe their features, for some reason it was a bit familiar, they had many earrings on both their ears, their clothes looked a bit normal at least, and the feminine face.. That's when it hit, he realized who it was.

"Wait.. Are you the streamer called Femi?"

The pink guy would smile kindly and nod, putting up a peace sign near his eyes as he did some random pose.

"Yep it's me! Everyone's favorite streamer!"

"To say everyone's favorite is a bit of an overstatement.."

Zodiac chuckled awkwardly, knowing that this guy was a bit too popular, attracting both males and females in the streaming industry, he watched some of their content and it was a bit too weird for him.

But nonetheless, he didn't expect to run into them. So he would ask politely.

"What are you doing here by the way? Shouldn't you be in America?"

Femi would drop the pose as he began thinking, a hand on their chin while his eyes averted elsewhere. Before looking at Zodiac with just a smile as he responded.

"I just came here because of.. Business you can say."

"Well, if it's private matters then I won't pry on further. But it was nice meeting you though."

Zodiac would nod as he waved goodbye at them, turning the opposite direction as he walked away, but suddenly.

His body stopped completely. His eyes could only move to look down to see him almost.. frozen.

A creepy laugh would emit from behind him, he couldn't believe that Femi was a..

"You're.. You're a system user as well?"

Femi would walk beside his frozen body, before stopping in front of Zodiac to face him, nodding in response to his question while having the same kind smile from earlier.

"Yep! Of course, you're not the only one who has such terrifying power you know?"

Femi giggled, creeping even closer towards Zodiac's face, grabbing his face and turning it side to side before letting go with a sigh.

"You're lucky that a handsome man like you has the hands of that system, if not.."

Femi paused, leaning closer to whisper to Zodiac's ear, their breathe close as he said.

"I would have killed you right here right now."

Before pulling away, the tone he had was both menacing and teasing at the same time. Zodiac would grit his teeth in an angry manner, realizing that almost everyone is targeting him.

Femi snapped his fingers, making Zodiac finally able to move, causing him to almost trip but luckily he didn't.

Zodiac stood straight looking at Femi, the man just had the stupid smile, which made him almost angry, but he calmed himself down before asking.

"So what do you want from me then? I'm guessing you're with the association that Multi guy told me."

Femi's expression would change instantly, now being disgusted while he made a gag noise, hearing the name Multi made them shiver.

"Eugh.. Multi, that guy is such a weirdo! Like, just because he has the ability to transform into every people he sees does not mean he's that good!"

Femi just began ranting about how they hated Multi, whilst Zodiac just looked at them dumbfounded for a couple of seconds.

Although, Femi did calm himself down, looking at Zodiac with a serious expression with his arms crossed then saying.

"You're right about that! Although, I've heard from that guy (Multi) that you rejected the offer. Can I know why? Pretty please?"

"I don't know why an association would want someone like me just because of some system I have. So I have no reason to accept the offer."

"Oh! Well, it's because we need someone like you! It will help a lot of people if you do join!"

Femi nodded while having sparkle in their eyes. One part about the sentence he said was suspicious to Zodiac. It's as if he was spitting lies. Femi continued to speak.

"And of course, it'll benefit you financially.. You can gain lots of money depending on the work you're given."

Zodiac's curiosity got the best of him when Femi mentioned about work. He wanted to know what kind of jobs the people who have systems take.

"Work? What do you mean by work?"

Femi smirked.

"You can get work if you joined us, the work differs on what your system is specifically made for!"

Femi snapped his fingers, a digital screen appearing at their side to show that a video of his past streams. Zodiac was shocked at the sight of it. Curious what kind of system the other has so he let them continue speaking.

"As you can see, my system is specifically made for streaming and recording! That's why I pursued the dream of what everyone wants.. Being a streamer!"

"You say that but.."

Zodiac paused, looking at Femi with a serious expression, he knew that they weren't telling the entire truth, then continuing his sentence.

"What kind of system makes someone unable to move?"

Femi just looked at the digital screen for a few seconds, disappearing once he blinked, his lips forming a creepy smile while turning to look at Zodiac.

"Now why would I tell you that?"

Zodiac clicked his tongue annoyed, he doesn't know if he's on par, weak, or stronger than Femi at his current state. He just sighed.

"Forget I asked then. Now can you leave me be?"

Zodiac tried to walk away but Femi stopped him from doing so, blocking their path by going in front of them while waving a finger.

"No no! Not yet! I want to see what your system does!"

Zodiac was almost getting fed up with Femi's antics, he's confused whether he's an ally or an enemy, or just here to mess with him. No wonder they were banned from Chirps.

"Fine.. But after this, you'll leave me alone."

"Okie dokie!"

Zodiac sighed, before turning to his side, the system screen appearing in front of him just in time, although the options he got is a bit random.

[Impress Femi by:]

[A: Gain Flight for 30 Seconds]

[B: Appear behind him]

[C: Be Invisible for 1 minute]

The options were confusing at first but the other thing he noticed is that the system only gave him three options this time.

Making the status screen appear to see what the System Capability area now said: Low instead of Very Low.

"That quick?"

He muttered to himself, before letting the status screen disappear. While Femi was just waiting by taking photos of himself in cute poses.

He went back to the options of the system that had given him before choosing:

"Gain Flight."

The screen disappeared as well, leaving him wondering if it would work, he walked at Femi who was done taking photos before telling them.

"You want me to show you? Then I'll show you."

He said before suddenly floating off the ground, the time limit began of his 30 seconds.

With Femi amazed at the sight of him floating.

"That's.. Incredible!"

Zodiac would begin flying around in almost a very fast speed that, cruising around the playground area with ease. Surprisingly the system made him adapt easily to the control of flight.

He had only 10 seconds left until the effects would disappear, making him land back down in front of Femi, a pile of dust getting onto his jacket, wiping them off with his hand while sighing.

Zodiac looks at Femi with an eyebrow raised, he can see the other's expression just shocked and amazed.

"Happy? Now can you leave me alone?"

Femi nodded, putting a thumbs up as he chuckled.

"A deal is a deal after all!"

Finally, Zodiac would walk away from Femi, leaving them alone at the playground, although he can't help but look behind, only to see them waving their hand goodbye.

Femi kept on waving goodbye until Zodiac was now away from him, he giggled before turning to look at the playground. Until a screen popped up.

And in it, was Femi, with words at the top right saying: Streaming.

"Hello to everyone in the association! I hope you enjoyed the stream of what the user of the VN System can do! Although it wasn't much.. It was certainly incredible!"

Femi nodded, there was no camera, nor any devices to record him. The system he had was automatically recording him, and Zodiac since the start.

Femi looked down at the bottom right to see that there was 50,789 people watching his stream. But it was mostly the people from the association that was watching. There were even live comments at the side of his stream.

"Unfortunately.. He declined the offer of joining the association. But let him take his time to process and learn! He'll realize what we are capable of. That's it for now! Thanks for watching the stream everyone!"

And the stream ends, along with Femi, disappearing in the darkness of the night.

With Zodiac arriving back home, he just needed sleep so his mind can be at ease at this point. And so, he did. With not much problems or trouble arriving when he came home.
